Propuesta de un sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud ocupacional para la empresa Nube Blanca EIRL, Hualgayoc, 2017

Abstract

RESUMEN La presente tesis ha sido desarrollada con la finalidad de proponer criterios para una solución innovadora, sostenible y sustentable sobre la gestión en seguridad y salud ocupacional. En el actual mundo globalizado, la seguridad y salud en el trabajo, cumple un rol muy importante y significativo para todo tipo de empresas; ya que permite mejorar el desempeño de sus trabajadores. Para ello es necesario proponer la implementación de sistema de gestión de Seguridad Y Salud Ocupacional para la empresa de Nube Blanca EIRL, que permitan y logren direccionar sus actividades en un mundo competitivo. El mecanismo más utilizado para éste fin, es lo establecido por la normativa Peruana Vigente y las directrices de la norma internacional OHSAS 18001 – 2007; que están relacionadas a la seguridad y salud en el trabajo y a la mejora continua. Dentro de la Normativa Peruana relacionada a minería, encontramos Leyes y Decretos, tales como: Ley N° 29783 “Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo” y su reglamento aprobado mediante el Decreto Supremo 005-2012-TR., y su modificatoria mediante Decreto Supremo N° 0062014-TR. Decreto Supremo 024-2016-EM. “Reglamento de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional y otras medidas complementarias en minería” y su modificatoria mediante el Decreto Supremo 0232017-EM La empresa Nube Blanca EIRL, no es ajena a los cambios en el entorno, siendo el sector minero uno de los más importantes en el mercado, es por ello que se desea implementar el sistema de gestión en seguridad y salud ocupacional.

Within the Peruvian regulations related to mining, we find Laws and Decrees, such as: Law No. 29783 "Occupational Safety and Health Law" and its regulations approved by Supreme Decree 005-2012-TR., and its amendment by Supreme Decree N°. 006-2014-TR. Supreme Decree 024-2016-EM. "Regulation of Occupational Safety and Health and other complementary measures in mining" and its modification through Supreme Decree 0232017-EM The company Nube Blanca EIRL, is not foreign to the changes in the environment, being the mining sector one of the most important in the market, that is why it is desired to implement the management system in occupational health and safety.
