Relación entre clima laboral con las relaciones interpersonales en el Hospital de Atención General Celendín, 2017

Abstract

RESUMEN:

La presente investigación sobre la relación del clima laboral con las relaciones interpersonales de los trabajadores del Hospital de Atención General Celendín tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre el clima laboral con las relaciones interpersonales de los trabajadores del Hospital de Atención General de Celendín 2017. El método usado fue de tipo cuantitativo, no experimental, correlacional; la población estuvo conformada por 80 trabajadores asistenciales y de servicios generales. La técnica de recolección de información fue de encuesta mediante el instrumento tipo cuestionario. Los resultados fueron que sí existe una alta relación significativa; sin embargo un porcentaje también significativo manifestó su indecisión. La prueba estadística de correlación de Somers muestra coeficiente de correlación de 0,845 entre el clima laboral con las relaciones interpersonales y un nivel de significancia de 0,00 por lo que se rechaza la hipótesis nula.

ABSTRACT

The present research on the relationship of the working environment with the interpersonal relationships of Celendín General care Hospital workers aimed to determine the relationship between the working environment with the interpersonal relationships of the workers of the Hospital's General care of Celendín 2017. The method used was quantitative, not experimental, correlational study; the population was formed by 80 health care workers and General Service. The technique of data collection was of survey through questionnaire type instrument. The results were that there is a high significant relationship; However an also significant percentage said their indecision. Statistical correlation of Somers test shows correlation coefficient of 0,845 between the work environment with interpersonal relationships and a significance level of 0,00 for the null hypothesis is rejected.
