Mejora en el proceso del laboratorio de longitud para obtener la acreditación basada en la norma ISO 17025 en la empresa Ferreyros S.A

Abstract

RESUMEN Esta investigación se origina por la necesidad de que el laboratorio de longitud obtenga la acreditación ISO 17025 para la calibración de pie de rey en el alcance de 0 mm a 300 mm con el fin de garantizar la competencia técnica y la confiabilidad de los resultados, mejorando así el tiempo de atención, reducción de rehaceres en los talleres de la empresa, minimizando costos de calibración que contribuirán a la satisfacción del cliente y de la alta dirección. En el primer capítulo se hace referencia a la situación problemática de la empresa, justificación del porqué de la realización del trabajo y se plantean los objetivos. En el segundo capítulo se desarrolla el marco teórico que aborda lo referente a la tesis, la norma ISO 17025, los ensayos de aptitud, las herramientas empleadas en el desarrollo del tema y la descripción de términos básicos. En el tercer capítulo se realiza el desarrollo del tema de investigación. Se muestra la estructura de la empresa, los objetivos del área y se identifica los factores que intervienen en la acreditación del laboratorio y las estrategias a seguir. En el cuarto capítulo se describe detalladamente los resultados obtenidos. En el quinto capítulo se desarrolla la discusión, se mencionan las referencias consultadas, conclusiones y recomendaciones. Finalmente se incluye algunas precisiones y anexos complementarios que muestran la eficacia de la investigación. ABSTRACT This research stems from the opportunity for the laboratory length to obtain ISO 17025 accreditation for foot-king calibration in the range of 0 mm to 300 mm in order to ensure technical competence and reliability of the results, improving So the time of attention, reduction of redoes in the workshops of the company, minimizing costs of calibration that will contribute to the satisfaction of the client and the top management. The first chapter refers to the problematic situation of the company, justifies the reason for the completion of the work and raises the objectives. The second chapter develops the theoretical framework that addresses the thesis, the ISO 17025 standard, the proficiency tests, the tools used in the development of the subject and the description of basic terms. In the third chapter the research topic is developed. It shows the structure of the company, the objectives of the area and identifies the factors involved in the accreditation of the laboratory and the strategies to be followed. The fourth chapter describes in detail the results obtained. In the fifth chapter the discussion is developed, the references consulted, conclusions and recommendations are mentioned. Finally, some details and complementary annexes are included that show the effectiveness of the research.
