La implementación del sistema integrado de gestión aduanera- sigad en la determinación del drawback y su impacto en la liquidez de la empresa sociedad agrícola Virú S.A

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación “La implementación del Sistema Integrado de Gestión ADUANERA- SIGAD en la determinación del Drawback y su impacto en la liquidez de la Empresa Sociedad agrícola Virú SA”, tiene como propósito fundamental demostrar que con la implementación del Sistema Integrado de Gestión Aduanera- SIGAD, se disminuirán los costos, tiempo y mejorará la liquidez con respecto a la determinación del Drawback de una empresa del Sector Agrario, siendo un instrumento eficaz para el logro de la liquidez y una eficiente toma de decisiones administrativas. El desarrollo de la investigación dará a conocer en qué medida la empresa “SOCIEDAD AGRÍCOLA VIRÚ S.A. dedicada al cultivo de cereales y producción de hortalizas, logra detectar y superar debilidades en la gestión de la determinación del Drawback • La importancia del estudio radica en la aplicación de medidas correctivas que serán implementadas para asegurar la confiabilidad y efectividad de la gestión que favorezca alcanzar las metas esperadas por el Área de Contabilidad y Finanzas, y por ende se reflejarán los resultados de la empresa. • Así mismo es importante mencionar, que siendo la aplicación del Sistema Integrado de Gestión Aduanera-SIGAD un método efectivo para mejorar la posición competitiva de la empresa al incrementar la calidad administrativa de la empresa, consideramos que este método impulsa la mejora de todos los procesos, lo cual conlleva un análisis cuidadoso de compras nacionales e internaciones y de las exportaciones.

The piece of research "Implementation of the Integrated Customs Management System - SIGAD in the determination of the Drawback and it is impact in the liquidity of the “Virú Agricultural Company Society SA ", has as it is main purpose to demonstrate that with the implementation of the Integrated Management System - SIGAD, we will be able to lower costs, time as well as improving liquidity with regards the determination of the Drawback of a company in the agricultural sector, becoming an effective tool in order to the achievement of liquidity and an efficient management decision making. The development of this research will yield in that extent the company “Virú Agricultural Company Society SA” devoted to the production cereals and processing of vegetables, is able to spot and overcome it is weaknesses in the management of the determination of the Drawback. The importance of the study rests in the application of corrective policies will be implemented in order to assure the reliability and effectiveness of management and this it can do nothing but improve the achievement of the goal expected by the Area of Accounting and Finance, and therefore results will be reflected in the company. Furthermore, it is important to point out that being the application of the Integrated Customs Management System –SIGAD an effective method to improve the competitive position of the company by boosting the managerial quality in the company, we consider that this method boosts the betterment of all the processes, which involves a careful analysis of domestic and foreign purchases of exports.
