Arquitectura emocional, a partir de las necesidades del paciente; para ser aplicados en el área oncológica del Hospital Regional de Cajamarca

Abstract

RESUMEN La presente investigación, tiene como objetivo general: Determinar las características de Arquitectura emocional, en el área de hospitalización a partir de las necesidades del paciente, para ser aplicados en el área oncológica del Hospital Regional de Cajamarca.

El tipo de investigación es descriptivo y evaluativo; por cuanto se describió las características de arquitectura emocional a partir de las necesidades del paciente como la iluminación natural y espacios naturales, privacidad y cromoterapia para ser aplicados en el área de hospitalización oncológica del Hospital Regional Cajamarca, las que contribuirían a la reducción del estrés, tensión y la ansiedad del paciente; esto, en base al estudio y análisis de casos de hospitales internacionales y nacionales; así como la aplicación de encuestas en el Instituto Nacional de Enfermedades Neoplásica – INEN.

De cuyo resultado se pudo determinar que la infraestructura del INEN no fue diseñado de acuerdo a las necesidades del paciente en comparación a los hospitales internacionales, el 87% de los pacientes encuestados del INEN manifiestan que la iluminación natural es mala el 80% indican que tienen poca visual hacia las áreas verdes y el 60% manifiestan que les gustaría tener habitaciones privadas.

Por lo tanto, ésta investigación, propone la aplicación de las características de arquitectura emocional a partir de las necesidades del paciente en la infraestructura oncológica del Hospital Regional de Cajamarca.

ABSTRACT The present research has as a general objective: To determine the characteristics of emotional architecture, in the area of hospitalization based on the needs of the patient, to be applied in the oncological area of the Regional Hospital of Cajamarca. The type of research is descriptive and evaluative; as described the emotional architecture characteristics from the needs of the patient such as natural lighting and natural spaces, privacy and chromotherapy to be applied in the oncology hospitalization area of the Cajamarca Regional Hospital, which would contribute to the reduction of stress, tension and anxiety of the patient; this, based on the study and analysis of cases of international and national hospitals; as well as the application of surveys in the National Institute of Neoplastic Diseases - INEN. From which result it could be determined that the infrastructure of the INEN was not designed according to the needs of the patient compared to international hospitals, 87% of the patients surveyed of the INEN state that natural lighting is bad 80% indicate that they have little visual to green areas and 60% say they would like to have private rooms. Therefore, this research proposes the application of the characteristics of emotional architecture based on the needs of the patient in the oncological infrastructure of the Regional Hospital of Cajamarca.
