Gestión de proyectos basado en la Guía PMBOK para incrementar la productividad de la empresa Soltrak S.A. 2018

Abstract

El presente trabajo tiene como finalidad mejorar la productividad en la empresa SOLTRAK S.A., con la aplicación de la guía PMBOOK, por medio de la mejora en la Gestión de los Proyectos los cuales pueden ser medidos a través de los indicadores de gestión. El presente estudio pasa primeramente por la descripción de la realidad que aqueja la gestión actual, donde se identifican deficiencias en la Gestión de los proyectos afectando la productividad de la empresa. Paso siguiente realizamos la formulación de los problemas y la justificación, de la misma manera se definen los objetivos del trabajo, marco teórico, etc. En la etapa de desarrollo del trabajo se realiza una descripción que va de lo general a lo específico, hasta llegar al área donde analizaremos mediante el uso de herramientas la problemática, también estudiaremos los indicadores de gestión actual de los proyectos gestionados, a fin de evaluar sus oportunidades de mejora con la aplicación propuesta. Con toda esta información levantada, plantearemos el desarrollo de la mejora basado en la guía PMBOOK para la Gestión de proyectos, y de esta manera mejorar la productividad de la empresa SOLTRAK S.A. Finalmente realizamos una comparación del antes y después de la mejora, obteniendo beneficios para la Gestión de los proyectos, que tendría como principal indicador un incremento de productividad, mediante eficacia y eficiencia con la mejora propuesta. The purpose of this paper is to improve productivity in the company SOLTRAK S.A., with the application of the PMBOOK Guide, through the improvement in Project Management, which can be measured through management indicators. The present study passes first by the description of the reality that afflicts the current management, where deficiencies are identified in the Management of the projects affecting the productivity of the company. Next step we carry out the formulation of the problems and the justification, in the same way we define the objectives of the work, theoretical framework, etc. At the stage of development of the work, a description is made that goes from the general to the specific, until arriving at the area where we will analyze by means of the use of the problematic tools, we will also study the current management indicators of the managed projects, in order to evaluate Your opportunities for improvement with the proposed application. With all this information raised, we will propose the development of the improvement based on the PMBOOK guide for Project Management, and in this way improve the productivity of the company SOLTRAK S.A. Finally, we made a comparison of the before and after the improvement, obtaining very high benefits for the Management of the projects, which would have as main indicator an increase in productivity, through efficiency and effectiveness with the proposed improvement.
