Propuesta de mejora en la gestión logística para incrementar la rentabilidad del Oleocentro Luvisa E. I. R. L

Abstract

El presente trabajo tuvo como objetivo determinar el impacto de la propuesta de mejora en la Gestión Logística sobre la Rentabilidad del oleocentro Luvisa EIRL, y proponer su implementación En primer lugar, se realizó un diagnóstico de la situación actual del oleocentro Luvisa EIRL, identificando 4 causas raíces, seleccionando 3 de ellas, las cuales tienen un mayor impacto en cuanto lo económico y en cuanto al criterio de los miembros de la empresa. Después de la identificación y selección de causas raíz hemos procedido a plantear alternativas de mejora basadas en herramientas de ingeniería industrial. Finalmente hemos efectuado la evaluación económica y financiera, hemos determinado que su implementación es viable, porque su VAN es S/. 23,151 su TIR es 87.8%, superior al COK el B/C es 1.34 y su PRI es 9 meses. Además, es un proyecto que se sostendrá en el tiempo porque hemos dejado las líneas guías basadas en capacitaciones.

The objective of this work was to determine the impact of the proposed improvement in the Logistics Management on the Profitability of the Luvisa EIRL oleocentro, and to propose its implementation First, a diagnosis was made of the current situation of the Luvisa EIRL oceanographic center, identifying 4 root causes, selecting 3 of them, which have a greater impact in terms of the economic and the criteria of the members of the company. After the identification and selection of root causes we have proceeded to propose alternatives for improvement based on industrial engineering tools. Finally we have made the economic and financial evaluation, we have determined that its implementation is viable, because its VAN is S/. 23,151, TIR is 87.8%, superior to COK, the B / C is 1.34 and its ROI is 9 months. In addition, it is a project that will be sustained over time because we have left the guidelines based on training.
