Propuesta de una plataforma tecnológica para incrementar la demanda turística en el Centro Arqueológico Cumbemayo - Cajamarca

Abstract

RESUMEN El concepto de turismo ha venido marcando la nueva forma del desarrollo económico en el Perú, ya que con el pasar de los años ha ido evolucionando de forma positiva generando mayor demanda turística en algunos lugares del país, sin embargo no es explotada en su totalidad, es por ello que cuando se menciona el país Perú se centran en un solo destino turístico que es Machu Picchu, por ello surge como respuesta la búsqueda de propuestas para incrementar la demanda del turismo en otros atractivos que posee el país, siendo uno de estos el Centro Arqueológico Cumbemayo – Cajamarca.

Actualmente en una era donde la tecnología permite mostrar las diferentes culturas, costumbres y tradiciones que tiene el país, hace que los turistas se atraigan en conocer nuevos destinos turísticos. Haciendo que el uso de las herramientas tecnológicas sea importante para brindar nuevas opciones en cuantos a viajes turísticos La presente tesis tiene como objetivo proponer una plataforma tecnológica que incremente la demanda turística en el Centro Arqueológico Cumbemayo. El diseño de la investigación fue básica descriptiva, usando como herramienta de recolección de datos un cuestionario en donde se encuesto a 38 turistas nacionales y extranjeros residentes en la ciudad de Cajamarca. Con el propósito de determinar si una plataforma tecnológica incrementaría la demanda turística en Cumbemayo.

Luego del análisis de resultados realizados se llegó a la conclusión de que se logró el objetivo principal: Proponer una plataforma tecnológica que incremente la demanda turística en el Centro Arqueológico Cumbemayo, por consiguiente se obtuvo gran interés de los turistas nacionales y extranjeros en visitar Cumbemayo y los diferentes lugares turísticos que tiene Cajamarca, mediante el uso de una plataforma tecnológica en la que esta tenga información veraz, venda paquetes turísticos y ayude a planificar un viaje placentero.

ABSTRACT The concept of tourism has been marking the new form of economic development in Peru, since over the years it has evolved in a positive way generating greater tourist demand in some parts of the country, however it is not an exception in its entirety , that's why when you mention the country Peru focus on a single tourist destination that is Machu Picchu, so it arises as a response to the search for proposals for tourism demand in other attractions that the country has, being one of these Cumbemayo Archaeological Center - Cajamarca.

Currently in an era where technology allows to show the different cultures, customs and traditions that the country has, makes tourists are attracted to discover new tourist destinations. Making the use of technological tools important to provide new options in terms of tourist trips This test aims to propose a technological platform that increases tourism demand at the Cumbemayo Archaeological Center. The design of the research was basic descriptive, using as a data collection tool a questionnaire where 38 domestic and foreign tourists’ residents in the city of Cajamarca were interviewed. With the purpose of determining if a technological platform would increase the tourist demand in Cumbemayo.

After the analysis of the results, it was concluded that the main objective was achieved: Propose a technological platform that increases tourism demand in the Cumbemayo Archaeological Center, because there was great interest from national and foreign tourists in visiting Cumbemayo and the different touristic places that Cajamarca has, through the use of a technological platform in which this information is true, sell tour packages and you can plan a pleasant trip.
