dc.description.abstract | RESUMEN El presente proyecto inició en el curso de Gestión Estratégica de la RSE, asignándose a trabajar con el Asentamiento Humano “Las Torres de San Borja”; es ahí donde inició el proceso de selección con respecto al tema de apoyo que se brindaría a la comunidad. Se eligió este proyecto educativo tomando en cuenta las necesidades de las personas que habitan el lugar, la inmensa oportunidad de mercado que hay en el sector calzado aquí en la ciudad de Trujillo, además que dentro del equipo contamos con un integrante especialista en el tema y tiene una empresa dedicada al rubro. Empezamos eligiendo el público objetivo y decidimos trabajar con las madres del lugar, ya que consideramos que son más responsables y que al ser jefas de familia compartirán el conocimiento que llegasen a aprender. Y así dimos por iniciado el primer taller de calzado femenino en el AAHH Torres de San Borja. Semana a semana nos reuníamos e íbamos al AA.HH Torres se San Borja a dictar estas clases. Contamos con la presencia de un especialista en el tema gracias a la empresa Creaciones Giancarlo SAC. La última semana hicimos el cierre del taller en donde vimos junto a las madres el resultado de estas semanas de esfuerzo. dc.description.abstract | ABSTRACT This academic article began in the CSR Strategic Management course, assigning to work with the AA.HH. The Towers of San Borja. This is where the selection process began regarding the support issue that would be provide to the community This educational project was choose taking into account the needs of the people who inhabit the place, the immense market opportunity that exists in the footwear sector here in the city of Trujillo, also that within the team we have a person who knows the subject and it has a company dedicated to the field. We started by choosing the target audience and decided to work with the mothers of the place, since we believe that they are more responsible and that being heads of family will share the knowledge they came to learn. Therefore, we started the first women's footwear workshop at the AAHH Torres de San Borja. We divide the workshop into 4 sessions where, through a practical theoretical method, we explain the steps of creating women's footwear. Week by week we met and went to AAHH Torres San Borja to teach these classes. We have the presence of a specialist in the field thanks to the company Creaciones Giancarlo SAC.
