El planeamiento financiero a corto plazo y la mejora en la situación económica financiera en la empresa BBC Servicios de Ingeniería SRL - Lima 2015

Abstract

RESUMEN La presente tesis analizó la implementación de un Plan Financiero a Corto Plazo en la empresa BBC Servicios de Ingeniería SRL. Además, se identificó la incidencia del Plan Financiero a Corto Plazo en la situación económica y financiera de dicha empresa para el año fiscal 2015. Para desarrollar el Plan Financiero a Corto Plazo: se estableció la situación económica y financiera a diciembre del 2014; se proyectaron los presupuestos para el periodo 2015, y se proyectaron los estados financieros. Complementario a ello, se aplicó el método descriptivo y analítico mediante el cálculo de los ratios financieros y análisis DuPont. Por último, se implementó el Plan financiero a corto plazo para el periodo Enero-Julio 2015. Los principales resultados muestran la mejora en la situación económica financiera del periodo ejecutado Enero-Julio 2015 y el proyectado Agosto-Diciembre 2015 en comparación con el año 2014. Estos resultados fueron validados en comparación con los ratios del líder del sector. Los resultados de la investigación demuestran que el Planeamiento financiero a Corto Plazo es una herramienta muy importante para mejorar la situación tanto económica como financiera para la empresa BBC Servicios de Ingeniería SRL. ABSTRACT This thesis analysed the implementation of a Short-Term Financial Plan in the BBC Servicios de Ingeniería SRL Company. In addition, the incidence of Short-Term Financial Plan in the economic and financial situation of the company was identified for fiscal year 2015. To develop the Short-Term Financial Plan: the economic and financial situation in December 2014 was established; budgets projections were calculated for the period 2015, and financial statements were projected. On the top of that, a descriptive and analytical method were applied by the use of financial ratios and DuPont analysis. And eventually, the Short-Term Financial Plan was implemented for the period January to July 2015. The main results show the improvement in the economic and financial situation in the executed period January to July 2015 and the projected August-December 2015 compared to 2014. These results were validated by comparing with the ratios from the industry leader. The research results show that the Short-Term Financial Plan is a very important tool for improving both the economic situation and financial for the company BBC Servicios de Ingeniería SRL.
