Plan de negocios para la implementación de un café bar para jóvenes y adultos en la ciudad de Trujillo: Chill Out Café Bar

Abstract

La economía peruana crecerá este año 2.5 por ciento, según las proyecciones del nuevo Marco Macroeconómico Multianual, según el ministro de Economía, Luis Carranza Ugarte. Parte de este crecimiento económico, se debe también al incremento de puestos de trabajo que han generado empresas peruanas o extranjeras que vienen apostando en Perú. El ministro de Trabajo y Promoción del Empleo, Jorge Villasante, señaló que el Perú es uno de los países que mantiene una tendencia de crecimiento económico, pese a la crisis financiera internacional, lo cual asegura la creación de más puestos de trabajo. Explicó que por cada punto porcentual de crecimiento del Producto Bruto Interno (PBI), el empleo crece 0.7 puntos porcentuales. Refirió que en el 2008, la economía peruana se incrementó nueve por ciento y el empleo más de siete por ciento, lo que significa que más de 800 mil personas encontraron trabajo en el Perú. Tenemos que el Perú está en un constante crecimiento, y particularmente la región La Libertad con 1, 617,050.00 pobladores y la ciudad de Trujillo con 811,979 pobladores, ambas vienen creciendo sostenidamente. La tendencia demuestra que existe conveniencia para desarrollar el proyecto titulado: PLAN DE NEGOCIOS PARA LA IMPLENTACIÓN DE UN CAFÉ BAR PARA JÓVENES Y ADULTOS EN LA CIUDAD DE TRUJILLO. El proyecto a realizar se hará en base a dos motivos, uno para ofrecer al mercado trujillano una propuesta nueva en lo que respecta a este tipo de negocios y el otro, para contribuir al crecimiento de la región brindando, a más personas, ingresos a través de puestos de trabajo que se ofrecerán para llevar a cabo el proyecto. Por otro parte, el sector servicios en la actividad de cafetería y bar también está teniendo mayor acogida en el Perú, especialmente en la ciudad de Lima. Y según los estudios realizados en la ciudad de Trujillo también se tendría la misma aceptación en este mercado. A pesar de la variedad que hay en la ciudad de Trujillo de cafés y bares por separado, sentimos la necesidad de enfocarnos en un solo lugar que ofrezca los dos servicios. Todos hemos tenido la necesidad de buscar un lugar para poder pasar un rato con amigos y poder conversar cómodamente en un ambiente agradable; en nuestra ciudad este concepto si existe pero no llega a ser la fusión de cafetería y bar. Por este motivo se ha creído conveniente la realización de este café bar. El café bar busca ofrecer un lugar cómodo y relajado, con una combinación de ambientes con servicios de diferentes clases de cafés y un bar variado. Es un lugar diferenciado que se brindará a las personas para que puedan pasar un rato agradable ya sea para realizar negocios o para tener relaciones sociales. Para el logro de este proyecto se requiere un local al que se le harán los arreglos respectivos de acuerdo al ambiente que se desea brindar. La inversión asciende aproximadamente a S/.239 218.57 de los cuales el financiamiento por parte de terceros alcanza al 40% de la inversión total, el saldo estará constituido por el aporte de los socios que asciende a S/. 143 531.14. Todas las estimaciones y cálculos se han considerado en Nuevos Soles y en Dólares Americanos. Los Estados Financieros se han estipulado anualmente al igual que la evaluación económica y financiera, considerándose un horizonte para el proyecto de 5 años. Tal como se muestra en el estudio, este negocio constituye una rentable alternativa de inversión, con una Tasa Interna de Retorno Económica de 50%, con una Tasa Interna de Retorno Financiera de 72.28% y una relación Beneficio - Costo de 2.05.

The project will be made based on two reasons, for providing to the marketplace of Trujillo a new proposal referring to this kind of business and, the other for contributing to the growth of the region, giving more people earnings through jobs that would be offered to carry on the project.

Besides, the activity of cafe and bar at the sector of services is also having the greatest reception in Peru, especially in Lima. And according to studies realized in Trujillo, it also will have the same acceptance in this marketplace.

Despite the variety that exists in Trujillo of cafes and bars, separately; we feel the need to focus on one place that offers both services. All we had the necessity to find a place to spend some time with friends and be able to feel comfortable in a pleasant atmosphere; in our town this concept exists, but it is not a merger of cafe and bar yet. For this reason we think is the appropriate moment for the realization of this coffee bar. The coffee bar pretends to offer a comfortable and relaxed surroundings with a combination of services with different kinds of coffee and a varied bar. Is a differential that will provide for people who can spend a pleasant moment for either business or social relationships.

To achieve this project, it is required a place where to implement the arrangements according to the background we wish to provide. The investment amounts to approximately S/ 239 218.57, of which the third part of financing reaches 40% of total investment, the balance consists of the contribution of partners is S/. 143 531.14.

All estimates and calculations have been considered in Nuevos Soles and U.S. Dollars. Financial Statements have been provided annually as is the economic and financial evaluation considered a prospect for the project 5 years. As shown in the study, this business is a profitable investment alternative with an Economic Internal Rate of Return of 50%, with a Financial Internal Rate of Return of 72.28% and a benefit - cost 2.05.
