Implementación de un sistema de control de pallets para la empresa industrial de químicos en el CD-Callao

Abstract

RESUMEN El presente proyecto tiene como objetivo Implementar un Sistema de Control de Pallets para la empresa Industrial de Químicos en el CD – Callao, para reducir los gastos logísticos, Identificando la cantidad de consumo por líneas de Negocios y por periodos. El alcance del mismo involucra una propuesta de mejora cuya implementación estará sometida a la disposición y seguimiento de los responsables del área de Almacén de Despachos. El sistema de control permitirá disminuir las compras de pallets estándar hasta en un 80% semestralmente.

ABSTRACT This project aims to implement a control system for the company Pallets Industrial de Químicos on the CD - Callao , to reduce logistics costs , identifying the amount of consumption by business line and by periods . The scope of it involves a proposal to improve the implementation of which shall be subject to the provision and monitoring of those responsible for the area Offices Warehouse . The control system will reduce purchases of standard pallets to 80% semiannually
