Eficiencia de barrera horizontal impermeabilizante frente a la ascensión capilar en muros no portantes conformados por ladrillos tipo V

Abstract

RESUMEN La presente investigación tiene la finalidad de dar a conocer la eficiencia de la barrera horizontal impermeabilizante mediante la utilización del producto SikaMur InjectoCream 100 en muros no portantes conformados por ladrillos King Kong 30% Tipo V. Para el efecto, adquirimos 120 ladrillos King Kong 30% tipo V que fueron adecuadamente catalogados y verificamos la uniformidad en sus dimensiones, cumpliendo la NORMA E070 ALBAÑILERIA, además corroboramos que no se encuentren dañados. Con la orientación del especialista en la materia, elaboramos 6 muretes y los separamos en grupo de 3 unidades; al primer grupo le aplicamos el mencionado producto y durante un periodo de 329 horas efectuamos el debido control y comparación de la ascensión capilar con respecto al grupo que dejamos bajo condiciones normales. El resultado de la ascensión capilar promedio del grupo al que le aplicamos el producto fue de 0.3 cm y la ascensión capilar promedio del grupo que permaneció bajo condiciones normales fue de 26.6 cm; lo que nos permite concluir que logramos una aplicación eficiente del producto que asciende a 98.85% y consecuentemente expresamos una comprobada recomendación para el control de la humedad capilar, y evitar el deterioro estético y mecánico de las edificaciones.

ABSTRACT The present investigation has the purpose of addressing the efficiency of the horizontal waterproof barrier by the utilization of the product SikaMur InjectoCream 100 in non-loaded mansory walls shaped by bricks King Kong 30 % Type V. For this porpose we acquired 120 bricks King Kong 30 % type V that they were adequately catalogued and checked for uniformity in its dimensions, fulfilling the NORMA E070 ALBAÑILERIA, in addition we corroborated that they were not damaged. With the orientation of the specialist in the matter, we elaborated 6 test tube mansory walls and separated them in group of 3 units; for the first group we applied the mentioned product to it and during a period of 329 hours we applied the due control and comparison of the capillary ascension regarding the group that we left under normal conditions. The result of the capillary average ascension of the group to which we applied the product was 0.3 cm and the capillary average ascension for the group that remained under normal conditions was 26.6 cm; this allows us to conclude that we achieved an efficient application of the product that promotes 98.85 % and we express a verified recommendation on the control of the capillary dampness, avoiding the aesthetic and mechanical deterioration of the buildings.
