Resiliencia organizacional a eventos inesperados en la carrera de ingeniería civil de la Universidad Privada del Norte, 2016

Abstract

RESUMEN La presente investigación se realizó en la Universidad Privada del Norte teniendo como objetivo determinar la resiliencia organizacional a eventos inesperados en la carrera de Ingeniería Civil de la Universidad Privada del Norte y formular un plan de contingencia para mejorar la resiliencia organizacional a eventos inesperados en la carrera de Ingeniería Civil de la Universidad Privada del Norte. Para realizar el presente trabajo de investigación se realizaron encuestas de percepción sobre la resiliencia organizacional a eventos inesperados a estudiantes y docentes de la carrera de Ingeniería Civil de la Universidad Privada del Norte, lo cual consta de ocho indicadores que son: simulacros de sismos, zonas de seguridad, extintor, manguera contra incendio, detector de humo, luz de emergencia, señalización de evacuación y accesos y por ultimo avisador sonoro. Se realizaron las encuestas en los diez ciclos de la carrera de Ingeniería Civil y docente. De los resultados obtenidos el 29% tienen una resiliencia buena, capacidad para enfrentar determinadas situaciones no previstas, sobreponerse y terminar fortalecidos por las situaciones adversas sufridas, con un 37% tienen una resiliencia regular para tolerar la presión, los obstáculos no previstos y enfrentarlos y un 34% tienen una resiliencia mala, lo que nos demuestra que a eventos inesperados los estudiantes y docentes de la carrera de Ingeniería Civil de la Universidad Privada del Norte no van a tener esa capacidad de actuar de manera oportuna, pertinente, adecuada ante situaciones adversas o cambios inoportunos ante diversos eventos inesperados y tampoco podrían seguir hacia adelante con la rapidez, decisión y oportunidad de responder aceptablemente para salvaguardar su integridad ante diversas eventualidades inesperadas que puedan ocurrir en la Universidad Privada del Norte.

ABSTRACT The present research was carried out in the Universidad Privada del Norte in order to determine the organizational resilience to unexpected events in the Civil Engineering career of the Universidad Privada del Norte and to formulate a contingency plan to improve the organizational resilience to unexpected events in the race Of Civil Engineering of the Universidad Privada del Norte. In order to carry out the present research work, perceptions surveys on the organizational resilience to unexpected events were made to students and teachers of the Civil Engineering career of the Universidad Privada del Norte, which consists of eight indicators that are: simulations of earthquakes, zones Fire extinguisher, fire hose, smoke detector, emergency light, evacuation and access signs and last sounder. Surveys were conducted in the ten cycles of the Civil Engineering and teaching career. Of the results obtained, 29% have a good resilience, ability to face certain unforeseen situations, overcome and end up strengthened by adverse situations suffered, with 37% have a regular resilience to tolerate pressure, unforeseen obstacles and face them and 34% have a bad resilience, which shows that unexpected events the students and teachers of the Civil Engineering career of the Universidad Privada del Norte are not going to have that capacity to act in a timely, pertinent, appropriate, adverse situations Or inopportune changes to various unexpected events and could not move forward with the speed, decision and opportunity to respond acceptably to safeguard their integrity in the face of various unexpected events that may occur at the Universidad Privada del Norte.
