Factores que afectan con mayor incidencia el servicio de agua potable en el centro poblado de Otuzco del distrito de los Baños del Inca - Cajamarca, 2017

Abstract

RESUMEN La presente investigación titulada "FACTORES QUE AFECTAN CON MAYOR INCIDENCIA EL SERVICIO DE AGUA POTABLE EN EL CENTRO POBLADO DE OTUZCO DEL DISTRITO DE LOS BAÑOS DEL INCA - CAJAMARCA, 2017", tuvo como objetivo general: Determinar los factores que afectan con mayor incidencia el servicio de agua potable en el centro poblado de Otuzco del distrito de los Baños del Inca Cajamarca, 2017. La investigación es de tipo descriptiva, con un diseño no experimental, descriptivo, de corte transversal, y se realizó con una muestra de 140 usuarios de la zona urbana del servicio de agua potable, los cuales fueron elegidos en forma no probabilística por conveniencia o a criterio del investigador. De acuerdo a los resultados se pudo concluir. Tenemos que existe un 49.0% de los encuestados que consideran que los problemas o factores que afectan el servicio del agua potable son factores endógenos el mismo que constituye la mayor cantidad toda vez que existe un 39.1% que considera todo lo contrario y un 11.9% de los usuarios encuestados que no opina frente a los criterios indicados. Por otro lado un 53.1% de los encuestados que consideran que los problemas que afectan el agua potable son factores exógenos. ABSTRACT The present research entitled "FACTORS AFFECTING THE WITH HIGHER INCIDENCE DRINKING WATER SERVICE IN THE CENTRO POBLADO DE OTUZCO OF THE DISTRICT OF THE LOS BAÑOS DEL INCA, 2017" had as general objective: To determine the factors that affect the service of potable water in the centro poblado de Otuzco of the district los baños del inca Cajamarca, 2017. The research is descriptive, with a non-experimental, descriptive, cross-sectional design, and was carried out with a sample of 140 users of the drinking water service, which were chosen in a non­ probabilistic manner for convenience or at the discretion of the investigator. According to the results it was possible to conclude that 49.0% of the respondents consider that the problems or factors that affect the service of drinking water are endogenous factors, which is the largest amount since there is a 39.1% on the contrary and 11.9% of users surveyed did not think against the indicated criteria. On the other hand, 53.1% of the respondents considered that the problems that affect drinking water are exogenous factors. KEYWORDS: drinking water, exogenous factors, endogenous factors, service.
