Plan de minado superficial aplicado a la cantera El Nogal; Tongod - San Miguel - Cajamarca 2017

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación tiene por objetivo realizar el plan de minado superficial de la cantera El Nogal ubicada en el distrito de Tongod provincia de San Miguel departamento de Cajamarca. Para ello primeramente se realizó un estudio en gabinete, recopilación de antecedentes, marco teórico para ampliar el conocimiento sobre el plan de minado ya que este es de vital importancia en la explotación de la misma, en segunda instancia se realizó un mapeo geológico del área donde se encontró un tipo de roca que de la cual su extracción puede traer beneficios económicos ya que por la cercanía que tenía al lugar donde se necesita el material agregado tiene una ventaja económica comparándolo con otras canteras, luego se realizó el levantamiento topográfico de la misma, estimación de volumen y potencia, después de esto se realizó calicatas de reconocimiento y una excavación del área para observar y analizar el tipo y calidad de material mediante ensayos de laboratorio. Seguido a esto se realizó una caracterización geo mecánica para ver la calidad del macizo rocoso y decidir el método de explotación y así determinar el número, capacidad de equipos que se necesitarán para extraer el agregado, controlar la producción diaria, mensual, durante su periodo de explotación que se estima que será hasta marzo del año 2018.

This research aims to make the plan surface mining of the quarry El Nogal located in the district of San Miguel Tongod province of Cajamarca department. For this first study was conducted in cabinet, gathering background, theoretical framework to increase knowledge of the mining plan as this is of vital importance in the exploitation of the same, in the second instance a geological mapping of the area was conducted where a type of rock which extraction can bring economic benefits as the closeness that was the place where it is needed the added material has an economic advantage compared with other quarries was found, then the survey of it was done, estimated volume and power, after this recognition test pits and excavation of the area to observe and analyze the type and quality of material through laboratory testing was performed. Followed this a geomechanics characterization was performed to see the quality of the rock mass and decide the method of operation and determine the number, capacity of equipment that will be needed to remove the added control daily production, monthly, during their exploitation which it is estimated to be until March 2018.
