Planificación financiera y su incidencia en la rentabilidad de Zhamiglobal E. I. R. L., Puente Piedra, 2016

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo general determinar la incidencia de la Planificación Financiera en la situación de la rentabilidad financiera de ZHAMIGLOBAL EIRL, es de tipo Explicativo - Causal, el diseño de investigación es No Experimental, la población y la muestra están compuestas por ZHAMIGLOBAL E.I.R.L, Puente Piedra del periodo 2016, la información fue recogida utilizando el análisis documental del periodo 2016 y aplicación de entrevista al Gerente General. La entrevista se presentó bajo una matriz para el análisis, en el análisis documentario se analizaron los Estados Financieros demostrando con tablas y gráficos estadísticos los resultados de los ratios aplicados. Al inicio de la presente investigación se redactó la situación de la realidad problemática para su comprensión, se elaboró la formulación del problema y de los objetivos, en el segundo capítulo se presentó un conjunto de antecedentes (internacionales y nacionales), con ello se argumentó un conjunto de teorías que respaldan la presente investigación, así mismo en el tercer capítulo se desarrolló los objetivos que presenta la investigación el cual fue la ruta que encamina la investigación; con dicho objetivo se presentó los resultados de la investigación, de ZHAMIGLOBAL E.I.R.L, donde el Plan Financiero cumple un rol muy importante con el cual se busca crear nuevas políticas o estrategias donde la empresa no ha argumentado en periodos pasados, en dichos resultados se presentan un conjunto de ratios y la propuesta de Dupont para el análisis del ROI y ROE, proponiendo las mejoras en las partidas de compras, inventarios, las ventas y control de la cartera morosa, recursos humanos, financiamiento y ventas; después de estos análisis se presenta una discusión comparativa con otra empresa, brinda sus conclusiones y provee un conjunto de recomendaciones. Cabe resaltar que en la investigación se propuso un conjunto de cuadros estadísticos para la compresión de la realidad que se presenta en dicha empresa. Al finalizar, la investigación se concluye que la Planificación Financiera mejoró la situación económica y financiera de la empresa, las políticas ayudaron a tener una visión clara sobre el alcance de los objetivos. Así se demostró que con el Plan Financiero mejoraron los resultados de la situación económica y financiera en la empresa ZHAMIGLOBAL E.I.R.L.

The present research work has as general objective to determine the incidence of Financial Planning in the situation of the financial profitability of ZHAMIGLOBAL EIRL, it is of Explanatory - Causal type, the research design is Non-Experimental, the population and the sample are composed by ZHAMIGLOBAL EIRL, of the period 2016, the information was collected using the documentary analysis of the 2016 period and application of interview to the General Manager. The interview was presented under a matrix for the analysis, in the documentary analysis the Financial Statements were analyzed demonstrating with statistical tables and graphs the results of the ratios applied. At the beginning of the present investigation, the situation of the problematic reality was written up for its comprehension, the formulation of the problem and the objectives were elaborated, in the second chapter a set of antecedents (international and national) was presented, with this an argument was made set of theories that support the present investigation, likewise in the third chapter the objectives of the research were developed, which was the route that leads the investigation; with this objective the results of the investigation were presented, of ZHAMIGLOBAL EIRL, where the Financial Plan fulfills a very important role with which it seeks to create new policies or strategies where the company has not argued in past periods, in these results a set of ratios and the proposal of Dupont for the analysis of ROI and ROE, proposing the improvements in the items of purchases, inventories, sales and control of the delinquent portfolio, human resources, financing and sales; After these analyzes a comparative discussion with another company is presented, it provides its conclusions and provides a set of recommendations. It should be noted that the research proposed a set of statistical tables for the understanding of the reality that is presented in that company. At the end, the investigation concludes that the Financial Planning improved the economic and financial situation of the company, the policies helped to have a clear vision about the scope of the objectives. This proved that the financial plan improved the results of the economic and financial situation in the company ZHAMIGLOBAL E.I.R.L.
