Implementación de una solución de inteligencia de negocios para dar soporte a la gestión del proceso comercial de Inversiones y Servicios Datasys.

Abstract

El presente trabajo tuvo como objetivo general la Implementación de una Solución de Inteligencia de Negocios para dar Soporte a la Gestión del Proceso Comercial de INVERSIONES Y SERVICIOS DATASYS. Para iniciar una solución se centra en el problema principal o problemas principales, se crea uno o varios objetivos para dar solución al problema y se define la solución a utilizar. Como parte de un proyecto se planifica y se define los requerimientos, al tenerlos se realiza un análisis dimensional, diseño dimensional y la arquitectura a realizar, al tener las 5 fases realizadas se procede al poblamiento y la implementación de cubos, para realizar un trabajo amigable del sistema, se desarrolla las aplicaciones que servirán de interface con los usuarios finales, esta aplicación será muy amigable y sencilla que permita operar al usuario final. Los resultados que se lograron son: Reducción del tiempo de respuesta en la entrega de resultados de los análisis de la data requerida. Reducción del costo debido a menores horas hombre de trabajo que se realizaba al generar reportes de la data requerida. Generación de reportes adicionales que permiten tener un mayor análisis para la toma de decisiones.

The current job had the implementation of a business intelligence solution as its general objective, in order to provide support to the proposal of the commercial process of services and investments DATASYS. In order to initiate a solution, one must focus on the main problem, or problems, create multiple objectives to give a solution to the problem and define the solution to be used. As part of a project, one must plan and define the requirements, and once defined, a dimensional analysis and dimensional design must be carried out, along with the architecture to be constructed. Once the 5 faces are completed, one proceeds to the population and implementation of cubes in order to achieve a friendly system, then; applications that serve as an interface with the final users are developed. This application will be very user friend and simple, which will allow them to easily operate it. The following results were achieved: Reply-time reduction in the delivery of required data analysis results. Cost reduction due to lower human working hours utilized in generating the required data reports. Additional generation of reports that allow for a greater analysis, that can be implemented in decision-making.
