Diseño organizacional en la Cooperativa de Servicios Múltiples del Centro Ltda. Centrocoop, 2017

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo general describir el diseño organizacional de la Cooperativa de Servicios Múltiples del Centro Ltda. Centrocoop, 2017. Para ello, se realizó un análisis situacional de la Cooperativa que permitió diagnosticar la realidad actual de la empresa, y se identificaron los factores de interés de la organización. Asimismo, se aplicaron encuestas a los trabajadores de la Sucursal Trujillo para conocer su percepción con respecto a la estructura organizacional actual en cuatro dimensiones: estandarización, jerarquía de autoridad, centralización y cultura organizacional, siendo la estandarización la dimensión con los resultados más desfavorables. A partir de ello, se propuso un diseño organizacional acorde a las necesidades de la empresa que permitirá disminuir las falencias de la misma. Finalmente, se realizó la evaluación económica de la propuesta, la cual fue proyectada a 5 años, y tuvo como resultado un Valor Actual Neto S/. 1,065.94, Tasa Interna de Retorno de 1170% y Costo - Beneficio de S/. 13.33, lo cual indica que es proyecto con alta rentabilidad.

The main objective of this research work is to describe the organizational design of the Cooperativa de Servicios Múltiples del Centro Ltda. Centrocoop, 2017.

For this, a situational analysis of the Cooperative was carried out that allowed to diagnose the current reality of the company, and identified the factors of interest of the organization. Likewise, surveys were applied to the workers of the Trujillo Branch to know their perception regarding the real organizational structure in four dimensions: standardization, hierarchy of authority, centralization and organizational culture, being the standardization of the dimension with the most unfavorable results. From this, an organizational design was proposed according to the needs of the company that allowed to diminish the shortcomings of it. Finally, the economic evaluation of the proposal was carried out, which was projected for 5 years, and resulted in a Net Present Value S /. 1,065.94, Internal Rate of Return of 1170% and Cost - Benefit of S /. 13.33, which indicates that it is a project with high profitability.
