Recuperación del saldo a favor materia del beneficio en la empresa exportadora Aurimetal EIRL de Juliaca, San Román, Puno para el año 2018

Abstract

La Presente investigación “RECUPERACIÓN DEL SALDO A FAVOR MATERIA DEL BENEFICIO EN LA EMPRESA EXPORTADORA AURIMETAL EIRL DE JULIACA, SAN ROMÁN, PUNO PARA EL AÑO 2018” tiene como propósito fundamental describir el procedimiento para la Recuperación del Saldo a Favor Materia del Beneficio (SFMB), en la empresa exportadora Aurimetal EIRL para el año 2018.

En el desarrollo de la investigación se ha empleado el método descriptivo, pues los datos fueron obtenidos por observación directa, recopilando información directa del área de Administración, Gestión de Exportaciones, Contabilidad y Tributación de la Empresa Exportadora Aurimetal EIRL, dedicada a la exportación de minerales como el Oro y la Plata.

Por medio de técnicas e instrumentos de recolección de datos como: Análisis documental, observación y la entrevista se ha procedido con la investigación; asimismo, los datos estadísticos que sostienen esta investigación, arrojan los resultados, como han sido el Resumen de las Adquisiciones gravadas con el IGV, el Monto de las Exportaciones facturadas y embarcadas, el Monto de las Ventas Internas gravadas con el IGV, los límites establecidos para la recuperación y finalmente el Saldo a Favor Materia del Beneficio objeto de devolución.

El objetivo principal radica en demostrar conforme a la legislación peruana vigente y aplicable, el procedimiento formal y sustancial que debe seguir Aurimetal EIRL, y cualquier otra empresa que le sea aplicable este beneficio, a fin de recuperar el Saldo a Favor Materia del Beneficio, y esto lo corroboraremos con el análisis normativo desarrollado y descrito en este trabajo de investigación.

La conclusión a la que se ha llegado, entre otras, es que es de vital importancia conocer paso a paso los aspectos normativos y vigentes a efectos de realizar la recuperación del mencionado beneficio tributario, asimismo cumplir con cada una de las exigencias legales a fin de optimizar el resultado evitando que ello traiga consigo contingencias tributarias no esperadas. Así también, es esencial contar con lineamientos internos específicos para las diversas áreas, con el objetivo de que esto sea de ayuda para el cumplimiento de los requisitos documentarios, incluso acelerando y optimizando el tiempo.

The present investigation "RECOVERY OF THE BALANCE FOR FAIR MATTERS IN THE AURIMETAL EXPORTING COMPANY EIRL DE JULIACA, SAN ROMAN, PUNO FOR THE YEAR 2018" has as its fundamental purpose to describe the procedure for the Recovery of the Balance in Favor of the Benefit (SFMB) , in the Aurimetal EIRL export company for the year 2018.

In the development of the research the descriptive method has been used, since the data was obtained by direct observation, collecting direct information from the Administration, Export Management, Accounting and Taxation area of the Aurimetal Exporting Company EIRL, dedicated to the export of minerals like Gold and Silver.

Through techniques and data collection instruments such as: Documentary analysis, observation and the interview has proceeded with the investigation; likewise, the statistical data that sustain this investigation, show the results, as have been the Summary of the Acquisitions taxed with the IGV, the Amount of the Exports invoiced and shipped, the Amount of the Internal Sales taxed with the IGV, the established limits for the recovery and finally the Balance in Favor of the Benefit object of return.

The main objective is to demonstrate, according to current and applicable Peruvian legislation, the formal and substantial procedure that Aurimetal EIRL must follow, and any other company that may apply this benefit, in order to recover the Balance in Favor of the Benefit, and we will corroborate this with the normative analysis developed and described in this research work.

The conclusion reached, among others, is that it is of vital importance to know step by step the normative and current aspects in order to realize the recovery of the aforementioned tax benefit, as well as to comply with each of the legal requirements in order to optimize the result avoiding that this brings unexpected tax contingencies. Likewise, it is essential to have specific internal guidelines for the various areas, with the aim of helping to fulfill the documentary requirements, even accelerating and optimizing time.
