Principios de espacios híbridos aplicados para la integración urbana del malecón en el diseño de un hotel en puerto Malabrigo

Abstract

RESUMEN

Actualmente el sector turismo es uno de los factores más importantes para el desarrollo económico y cultural de cada país, siendo el Perú una fuente de recursos naturales distribuidos en los diversos departamentos, pero que lamentablemente la poca inversión y la falta de infraestructura tanto vial como recreativa no permiten el adecuado incremento.

Eso conlleva a la falta de espacios recreativos, áreas verdes, espacios beneficiosos donde se muestre las actividades que identifican a la población, asimismo el poco aprovechamiento de los elementos naturales, no son bien explotados, logrando conseguir un asimétrico lugar turístico de interés, igualmente uno de los recursos naturales, en este caso el mar, tiene un mayor beneficio para alcanzar un apto diseño turístico en el sector, es por eso, que debe existir una adecuada unión o aspecto visual entre la zona costera y el espacio urbano.

En este caso se analizará el sector de Puerto Malabrigo ya que posee este y otros recursos que implementan la provincia, sobretodo en la zona norte donde se observa tipologías de casonas, área pesquera, muelle, vías de ferrocarril. Debido a esto, se busca implementar un malecón y renovar esa zona, que se encuentra al acceder al distrito, ya que los diversos recursos turísticos no son utilizados adecuadamente, además de formar parte de un circuito turístico regional. Asimismo, en este sector se observa la ruptura entre el área urbana y la franja costera como recursos naturales, tratando de darle vida se implementará el uso de espacios híbridos, creando áreas de diversas actividades para dar más vitalidad al sector.

ABSTRACT

Currently the tourism sector is one of the most important factors for the economic and cultural development of each country, being Perú a source of natural resources distributed in the different departments, but unfortunately the little investment and the lack infrastructure both road and recreational don’t allow the appropriate increase.

This leads to the lackk of recreational spaces, green areas, beneficial spaces where the activities that identify the population are shown, as well as the Little use of natural elements, aren’t well exploited, achieving an asymmetric tourist attraction, also one of natural resources, in this case the sea, has a greater benefit to achieve a suitable tourism design in the sector, that is why, there must be an adequate unión or visual aspect between the coastal zone and the urban space.

In this case, the sector of Puerto Malabrigo will be analyzed since it has this and other resources that implement the province, especially in the northern area where typologies of large houses, fishing area dock, railroad tracks are observed. Due to this, it’s sought to implement a boardwalk and renovate that area, which is found when accessing the district, since the various tourist resources aren’t used properly, as well as being part of a regional tourist circuit. Also in this sector is observed the ruptura between the urban area and the coastal strip as natural resources, trying to give life will be implemented the use of hybrid spaces, creating areas of various activities to give more vitality to the sector.
