Teledetección y calidad de agua: una revisión de la literatura científica
Abstract
El concepto de teledetección está cobrando importancia cada vez más en distintas
partes del mundo. Una de sus aplicaciones es la calidad del agua a través de imágenes
satelitales mediante un análisis multiespectral. Con una combinación de índices y ecuaciones
se pueden determinar ciertos parámetros de calidad del recurso hídrico. Es por ello, que el
objetivo de esta investigación teórica es describir la relación que existe entre la teledetección
y los problemas de calidad de agua, por ejemplo, la eutrofización a partir de la revisión
sistemática en repositorios como SciELO, Ebsco, Redalyc, Google académico, ALICIA,
entre otros. Se ha tenido en cuenta los criterios de elegibilidad, búsqueda, inclusión y
exclusión, considerando el idioma, el año de publicación y palabras claves. Para el presente
estudio se llevó a cabo una revisión sistemática de la literatura, con un total de 12
publicaciones, los resultados obtenidos nos permiten identificar las aplicaciones de la
teledetección en diferentes campos ambientales. El acceso a ciertas publicaciones fue una de
las limitaciones, sin embargo, se concluye que la teledetección es una gran herramienta para
la identificación de humedales, el estudio de calidad de agua y eutrofización sin necesidad
de realizar un muestreo in situ.
