Diseño de un sistema de gestión logística para reducir costos de inventario en la empresa Soluciones y Mantenimiento Integral S.R.L.

Abstract

La presente investigación se realizó en la empresa Soluciones y Mantenimiento Integral SRL, dicha empresa dedicada a la prestación de servicios y mantenimientos a proyectos e infraestructura metálica. El cual estuvo enmarcado en el tipo de investigación aplicada, no experimental, descriptiva transversal. Se emplearon una serie de técnicas e instrumentos de recolección de datos, específicamente el análisis de documentos, encuestas, la observación directa y las entrevistas no estructuradas. Actualmente la empresa cuenta con un sistema de gestión logística, sin embargo existe muchas fallas en su sistema en cuanto al control de su inventario; es por ello se diseñó un sistema de gestión logística para disminuir costos operativos y mejorar el control del inventario; lo que, conllevó a la mejora del sistema, permitiendo la reducción de costos por parte del costo de pedido a S/. 15,880.00 soles generando un beneficio del 90%, además se establecieron políticas de compra para poder controlar los sobrestocks que existen en la empresa, el sistema del EOQ y la herramienta del ROP. El diseño vio generando resultados altamente positivos en los indicadores desarrollados y también el análisis económico lo que confirma la viabilidad de la investigación. De esta manera se pudo concluir que el sistema de gestión logística con las herramientas claves genera un mejor desempeño en cuanto a la disminución de sus costos operativos.

This research was carried out in the company Soluciones y Mantenimiento Integral SRL, this company is dedicated to the provision of services and maintenance to projects and metal infrastructure. Which was framed in the type of applied, non-experimental, cross-sectional descriptive research. A number of data collection techniques and tools were used, specifically the analysis of documents, surveys, direct observation and unstructed interviews. Currently the company has a logistics management system, however there are many failures in its system in terms of controlling its inventory; that is why a logistics management system was designed to lower operating costs and improve inventory control; which led to the improvement of the system, allowing the reduction of costs by the cost of ordering to S/. 15,880.00 soles generating a profit of 90%, in addition, purchasing policies were established to be able to control the overstocks that exist in the company, the EOQ system and the ROP tool. The design saw highly positive results in the indicators developed and also the economic analysis confirming the feasibility of the research. In this way it could be concluded that the logistics management system with the key tools generates a better performance in terms of the decrease of its operating costs.
