Implementación de sistema de costeo para establecer la tarifa a los clientes de servicio de mantenimiento preventivo de equipos de elevación vertical

Abstract

La presente investigación fue realizada con el propósito de implementar un sistema que establezca las tarifas para el cobro de servicios de mantenimiento preventivo de equipos de elevación vertical de la Empresa THYSSENKRUPP ELEVADORES PERÚ. Luego de un análisis inicial en la que se observó la deficiencia a nivel información al tratar de reducir tiempos de ejecución con la finalidad estandarizar costos y procesos para ser más competitivos en el mercado. el presente proyecto no solo beneficiará a la Branch de Perú si no también servirá como base para la implementación del mismo sistema en las filiales de THYSSENKRUPP LATAM que abarca 12 países. el aporte principal como Ingeniero Industrial consistió en la elaboración del proyecto, definición estándares de flujos, estudios de tiempo enfocado principalmente en la estandarización del proceso análisis de la estructura operativa, análisis de rentabilidad. con la implementación del sistema se podrá visualizar el optimal time (tiempo óptimo de trabajo) y costos directo por tipo de equipo llegando a la estandarizando costos operativos y la finalidad principal será incrementar el margen neto en aproximadamente 3% en el primer año de implementado el proyecto llegando a un valor óptimo de 5% a partir de los siguientes 3 periodos, es decir al finalizar periodo fiscal 2021/2022 se proyecta conseguir el objetivo iniciado. Todo este análisis está enfocado en el sistema de costeo ABC o costeo por absorción, con esta herramienta podremos identificar los criterios y secuencias de metodología que conlleva aplicar el costeo ABC, con el conocimiento obtenido en la carrera podemos aplicar el conocimiento teórico y práctico para llevar el proyecto a una realidad que ayude a la empresa a conseguir la estandarización y por ende el incremento de rentabilidad.

After an initial analysis in which the deficiency at the information level is executed when trying to reduce execution times in order to standardize costs and processes to be more competitive in the market. This project will not only benefit the Branch of Peru but will also serve as the basis for the implementation of the same system in the subsidiaries of THYSSENKRUPP LATAM that covers 12 countries. The main report as an Industrial Engineer consists of the elaboration of the project, flow standards, time studies focused mainly on the standardization of the analysis process of the operating structure, profitability analysis. With the implementation of the system, it will be possible to visualize the optimal time (optimal work time) and direct costs by type of equipment, reaching the standardizing operating costs and the main purpose will be to increase the net margin by approximately 3% in the first year after implementing the project reaching an optimal value of 5% from the following 3 periods, that is, at the end of the fiscal 2021/2022 period, it is projected to achieve the objective started. All this analysis is focused on the ABC costing system or absorption costing, with this tool we will be able to identify the criteria and methodology sequences involved in applying ABC costing, with the knowledge obtained in the career, apply theoretical and practical knowledge to carry out carry out the project to a reality that helps the company achieve standardization and therefore increased profitability.
