La importancia de la responsabilidad social empresarial en Latinoamérica. Una revisión sistemática de la literatura científica en los últimos 5 años, 2015-2020

Abstract

En nuestra investigación abordamos la importancia de la Responsabilidad Social Empresarial en Latinoamérica en los últimos 5 años, 2015-2020. Hemos investigado en fuentes confiables de información, de sus bases de datos, EBSCO host, ProQuest, Scielo y Redalyc; en ESBCOhost búsqueda avanza se obtuvo 725 resultados en primera instancia, finalmente obtuvimos 10 resultados; en ProQuest en un primer filtro obtuvimos 3283, finalmente se obtuvo con más filtros 29 resultados; en Redalyc obtuvimos finalmente 6 resultados y en Scielo obtuvimos 4 resultados. Los criterios de inclusión han sido que las revistas respondieran las preguntas sobre ¿Cuál es la importancia de la Responsabilidad Social Empresarial? Y ¿Cómo se ha desarrollado la Responsabilidad Social Empresarial en los últimos 5 años? El objeto de estudio es profundizar sobre la importancia que tiene para las empresas ser socialmente responsables. Podemos mencionar que una de las limitaciones que se tuvo fue el poco tiempo disponible para su ejecución. Se concluyó que en los últimos 5 años ha cambiado favorablemente la forma de conceptualizar y practicar la Responsabilidad Social Empresarial por parte de los representantes de dirigir las organizaciones.

In our research we address the importance of Corporate Social Responsibility in Latin America in the last 5 years, 2015-2020. We have investigated reliable sources of information, from their databases, EBSCO host, ProQuest, Scielo and Redalyc; In ESBCOhost search advances 725 results were obtained in the first instance, finally we obtained 10 results; In ProQuest in a first filter we obtained 3283, finally it was obtained with more filters 29 results; in Redalyc we finally obtained 6 results and in Scielo we obtained 4 results. The inclusion criteria were that the magazines answered the questions about What is the importance of Corporate Social Responsibility? And how has Corporate Social Responsibility developed in the last 5 years? The object of study is to study in depth the importance of being socially responsible for companies. We can mention that one of the limitations that was had was the short time available for its execution. It was concluded that in the last 5 years the way of conceptualizing and practicing Corporate Social Responsibility on the part of the representatives of leading the organizations has changed favorably.
