Influencia del clima laboral en el desempeño de los trabajadores del restaurante parrillero El Arriero, Trujillo 2017

Abstract

El objetivo general del presente estudio es determinar la percepción de la influencia del clima laboral en el desempeño de trabajo de los colaboradores del restaurante parrillero El Arriero. Para su desarrollo, se aplicaron dos instrumentos de investigación, los cuales fueron, encuestas a 12 trabajadores del restaurante, y una entrevista a la administradora del negocio. De los resultados obtenidos y su contraste se concluye que más del 50% de trabajadores percibe que el clima laboral afecta directamente al desempeño de sus funciones, respondiendo de manera positiva a nuestro objetivo general y aprobando nuestra hipótesis sobre la existencia de la influencia del clima laboral en el desempeño de trabajo de los colaboradores. El tipo de investigación realizada de acuerdo con la naturaleza de los hechos es descriptivo, con un enfoque mixto, de corte transversal. Los antecedentes presentados se sustentan con investigaciones internacionales, nacionales y locales. De donde se desprenden las variables clima organizacional y desempeño laboral, tomando en cuenta tres dimensiones para cada una.

The type of investigation carried out according to the nature of the facts is descriptive, with a mixed, cross-sectional approach. The information presented is supported by international, national and local investigations. From where the variables organizational climate and work performance are derived, taking into account three dimensions for each one. The general objective of the study is to determine if there is any type of influence of the work environment on the work performance of the restaurant's employees. To analyze this, two research instruments were applied which were, surveys of all restaurant workers, and an interview with the business administrator. The results obtained from the analysis show us that all the aspects taken into account for the research are related to what is sought to be demonstrated at the end of this study.
