Propuesta de implementación del modelo Kanban en el área de almacén de materiales para mejorar la productividad en la empresa Eternit

Abstract

El objetivo del estudio fue proponer la implementación del modelo kanban para incrementar la productividad del área de almacén de materiales en la empresa Eternit. la investigación fue aplicada, explicativa, cuantitativa y no experimental. El control de stock actual es de 83%, las capacitaciones de los trabajadores es al 73%, la disminución de actividades es 31% y el control visual de ítems es 60%, en ninguno de los casos llega al target de 95%. El tiempo de entrega de orden de trabajo es de 6.37 horas y el número de trabajo atendidos a tiempo es 84%. El modelo de mejora Kanban en el área de almacén de la empresa Eternit consistió en la clasificación ABC, tarjeta Kanban de entrada y tarjeta Kanban de salida. El control de stock se incrementa el 12%, la cantidad de capacitaciones de trabajadores se incrementa el 10%, la disminución de actividades se incrementa el 10%, el control visual de los ítems del sistema Kanban se incrementa el 15%, el tiempo de entrega de orden de trabajo se reduce 1.5 horas y el número de órdenes de trabajo atendidos a tiempo se incrementa el 12%. La propuesta tiene VAN de S/. 3,499.95 y TIR de77.4%.

The objective of the study was to propose the implementation of the kanban model to increase the productivity of the materials warehouse area in the Eternit company. the research was applied, explanatory, quantitative and not experimental. The current stock control is 83%, the training of the workers is 73%, the decrease in activities is 31% and the visual control of items is 60%, in none of the cases it reaches the target of 95%. The delivery time of the work order is 6.37 hours and the number of jobs attended on time is 84%. The Kanban improvement model in the warehouse area of the Eternit company consisted of ABC classification, input Kanban card and output Kanban card. Stock control increases 12%, the number of worker training increases 10%, the reduction of activities increases 10%, the visual control of the items in the Kanban system increases 15%, the time of Work order delivery drops 1.5 hours and the number of work orders handled on time increases 12%. The proposal has a NPV of S /. 3,499.95 and IRR of 77.4%.
