Movilidad sostenible y su impacto en la rentabilidad de la empresa AAT Logística Certificada S. A. C., Lima 2022

Abstract

La industrialización de procesos trae consigo una serie de factores favorables y desfavorables para el cuidado del medio ambiente. La globalización ha hecho que los pueblos más lejanos se unan a través de diferentes medios de transporte, pero también los sistemas de transporte crean combustión a través del dióxido de carbono. En este sentido, los ingenieros de estos vehículos de transporte lo están haciendo con sistema eléctrico, sin afectar el bienestar de la población buscando la manera propicia para transportar mercadería de un punto a otro y las empresas llamadas sostenibles usan estos medios en conciencia de no seguir contaminando el ambiente, pero al menor costo posible para salvaguardar su rentabilidad. Por esta razón, esta investigación tiene por objetivo determinar el impacto de implementación de un sistema de Movilidad Sostenible en la rentabilidad de una empresa de transporte logístico. Para esto se hizo una investigación aplicada, de corte transversal y enfoque cuantitativo, con una encuesta que tuvo 21 preguntas diseñadas por el autor de esta tesis y se hizo la entrevista a 12 colaboradores de la empresa AAT Logística certificada, que se encuentran implementando el proyecto de logística verde con la movilidad sostenible y ver en cuánto impacta a la rentabilidad de la empresa, asimismo la viabilidad del proyecto. Con los resultados se concluye que el impacto de implementar un sistema de Movilidad Sostenible es moderado - bajo sobre la rentabilidad de la empresa de transporte logístico, es decir que el proyecto sí va a dar utilidad en un futuro.

The industrialization of processes brings with it a series of favorable and unfavorable factors for the care of the environment. Globalization has brought the most distant peoples together through different means of transport, but also transport systems create combustion through carbon dioxide. In this sense, the engineers of these transport vehicles are doing it with an electrical system, without affecting the well-being of the population, looking for the right way to transport merchandise from one point to another and the so-called sustainable companies use these means in awareness of not following polluting the environment, but at the lowest possible cost to safeguard its profitability. For this reason, this research aims to determine the impact of implementing a Sustainable Mobility system on the profitability of a logistics transport company. For this, an applied, cross-sectional, and quantitative approach research was carried out, with a survey that had 21 questions designed by the author of this thesis and an interview was made with 12 collaborators of the certified AAT Logistics company, who are implementing the project. of green logistics with sustainable mobility and see how much it impacts the profitability of the company, as well as the viability of the project. With the results it is concluded that the impact of implementing a Sustainable Mobility system is moderate - low on the profitability of the logistics transport company, that the project will be useful in the future.
