Relación entre la adherencia y efecto del tratamiento contra la anemia ferropénica en niños y niñas menores de 3 años del C. S. Sangarará – 2021
Abstract
La deficiencia de hierro en los niños es uno de los problemas más frecuentes debido a diversos factores, la cual causa problemas de salud pública como la anemia ferropénica. La prevalencia de anemia en el Perú es de 38,8% afectando el desarrollo físico y cognositivo de nuestros niños. La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo principal determinar la relación entre adherencia y efecto del tratamiento contra anemia ferropénica en niños y niñas menores de 3 años del centro de salud Sangarará. Estudio de tipo correlacional, se empleó la técnica de encuesta y observación documentaria. Muestra de 50 niños y niñas con diagnóstico de anemia ferropénica que cumplieron con los criterios de selección, para aplicar el cuestionario y realizar un seguimiento de los niveles de hemoglobina. El 78,57% de pacientes que tuvieron adherencia aumentaron el nivel de hemoglobina por el tratamiento (+ 0.4g/dl). Se concluyó que la relación entre adherencia y efecto es significativa.
