Diseño de un sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo según la Ley 29783 y su incidencia en el nivel de riesgos de la empresa Agroservicios Flores S. R. L.–San Marcos, 2021

Abstract

La presente investigación, tiene como finalidad diseñar un plan SSO, para el control de Riesgos en la Empresa AGRO SERVICIOS FLORES S.R.L. según ley Nº 29783, visto las condiciones de trabajo de la empresa es que, nos vemos motivados a poder volcar nuestros conocimientos y aplicar encuestas y check list de la RM 050 – 2013. Siendo el principal motivo de estudio los trabajadores de todas las áreas de la empresa AGRO SERVICIOS FLORES S.R.L. Los datos fueron recabados con ayuda de visitas inopinadas, fotografías, registros documentarios y aplicación de instrumentos por separado. Lo que nos permitió procesar mediante el programa Excel datos valiosos para poder diagnosticar el grado de conocimiento de sus trabajadores respecto a riesgos. Así mismo se utilizó un Check List para conocer la situación de implementación actual de la empresa AGRO SERVICIOS FLORES S.R.L en materia de seguridad y salud ocupacional, donde se llegó al término que no cuenta con un Sistema SST teniendo un grado de incumplimiento del 100% lo que nos permite la sugerencia de implementación de un Plan SST, basado en los requisitos exigidos por la ley de Seguridad en el Trabajo Ley Nº 29783. A través de un dimensionamiento de Matriz IPERC y sugerir controles necesarios para evitar o mitigar riesgos a nivel de la empresa, con esto finalmente se realizará una nueva medición lo que nos permitirá proveer o sugerir nuevos controles evitando riesgos o minimizándolos, demostrando a través de un análisis costo beneficio de la implementación del sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud ocupacional.

The purpose of this research is to design an SSO plan for Risk control in the Company AGRO SERVICIOS FLORES S.R.L. According to Law No. 29783, given the working conditions of the company, we are motivated to be able to dump our knowledge and apply surveys and check lists of RM 050 - 2013. The main reason for studying the workers from all areas of the company AGRO SERVICIOS FLORES S.R.L. The data was collected with the help of unannounced visits, photographs, documentary records and the application of separate instruments. This allowed us to process valuable data through the Excel program to be able to diagnose the degree of knowledge of its workers regarding risks. Likewise, a Check List was used to know the current implementation situation of the company AGRO SERVICIOS FLORES S.R.L in terms of occupational health and safety, where it was concluded that it does not have an SST System, having a degree of non-compliance of 100%. which allows us to suggest the implementation of an SST Plan, based on the requirements demanded by the Occupational Safety Law Law No. 29783. Through a dimensioning of the IPERC Matrix and suggest necessary controls to avoid or mitigate risks at the level of the company, with this finally a new measurement will be made which will allow us to provide or suggest new controls avoiding risks or minimizing them, demonstrating through a cost-benefit analysis of the implementation of the occupational health and safety management system.
