Administrative management and labor disputes in the municipality of Cochorco

Abstract

This research is based on determining the relationship between the variables, administrative management, and labor disputes, in the District Municipality of Cochorco, 2021, being this one of the main issues of great importance for public and private entities. An extensive exploration of different sources has been carried out. This information has been studied and correlated to answer the objective. The methodology of this research follows a correlational type, quantitative approach, and non-experimental design. To obtain the data, instruments such as the questionnaire were used, presented to Cronbach's Alpha Statistic. To measure the reliability value for Administrative Management, a value of 0.901 was obtained and for labor disputes a value of 0.771. Among the results obtained, it was found that administrative management and labor disputes have a significance level of 0.135. This indicates that it is greater than 0.05, which means that there is no direct correlation between these two variables. This is a low-degree relationship with a coefficient of 0.241. In conclusion, the research hypothesis, that there is a low degree of direct relationship between administrative management and labor disputes in the District Municipality of Cochorco, 2021, was analyzed and proved.
