Motivación laboral y desempeño laboral de los colaboradores del área productiva de la empresa Lácteos Tongod EIRL de la ciudad de Cajamarca, en el año 2021

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo: Determinar la relación entre la motivación laboral y desempeño laboral de los colaboradores del área productiva de la empresa Lácteos Tongod de la ciudad de Cajamarca, en el año 2021; considerando que la motivación laboral y desempeño laboral son factores claves que intervienen directamente en la conducta de los empleados, y de estos depende que sus capacidades, sus relaciones y su rendimiento se vean alterados de manera positiva o negativa dentro de la organización, es por ello de la importancia de mantenerla en equilibrio para garantizar un buen desempeño laboral. La metodología comprende el tipo de investigación básica, cuyo enfoque es cuantitativo con un alcance correlacional y un diseño no experimental de corte transversal. La población objetivo consta de 30 colaboradores de la empresa Lácteos Tongod durante el año 2021, además presenta una muestra no probabilística debido a que se tomó el 100% de los trabajadores. La herramienta para la recolección de datos se dará a través de la aplicación de una encuesta con su instrumento cuestionario, el cual presenta una serie de ítems ordenados de acuerdo a las dimensiones establecidas, así mismo fue validado por expertos docentes y sometidos a la prueba estadística del coeficiente alfa de Cronbach, Obteniendo un 96.2 % que indica un alto nivel de confiabilidad para ambos cuestionarios. finalmente, se especificó que existe una relación positiva considerable entre la motivación laboral y desempeño laboral de los colaboradores del área productiva de la empresa Lácteos Tongod de la ciudad de Cajamarca, en el año 2021; demostrado a través de una prueba Spearman, con un coeficiente de correlación 0,593 y un nivel de significancia de 0, 025, el cual confirma que la motivación laboral es un factor clave para el buen desempeño laboral de los colaboradores de la empresa Lácteos Tongod.

The objective of this research work is: To determine the relationship between work motivation and work performance of the collaborators of the productive area of the company Lácteos Tongod in the city of Cajamarca, in the year 2021; considering that work motivation and work performance are key factors that directly intervene in the behavior of the employees, and it depends on them whether their abilities, relationships and performance are altered in a positive or negative way within the organization, that is why it is important to keep it in balance to guarantee a good work performance. The methodology comprises the type of basic research, whose approach is quantitative with a correlational scope and a non-experimental cross-sectional design. The target population consists of 30 collaborators of the company Lácteos Tongod during the year 2021, it also presents a non-probabilistic sample because 100% of the workers were taken. The tool for data collection will be given through the application of a survey with its questionnaire instrument, which presents a series of items ordered according to the established dimensions, which was validated by expert teachers and subjected to the statistical test of Cronbach's alpha coefficient. This shows that there is a high level of reliability of 96.2% for both questionnaires. Finally, it was determined that there is a considerable positive relationship between work motivation and work performance of the collaborators of the productive area of the company Lácteos Tongod of the city of Cajamarca, in the year 2021; demonstrated through a Spearman test, with a correlation coefficient of 0.593 and a significance level of 0.025, which confirms that work motivation is a key factor for the good work performance of the collaborators of the company Lácteos Tongod.
