Aplicación del planeamiento financiero y su influencia en la situación económica financiera en la empresa Transportes Codigen S.A.C. Trujillo 2013.

Abstract

RESUMEN El presente trabajo de investigación denominado “APLICACIÓN DEL PLANEAMIENTO FINANCIERO Y SU INFLUENCIA EN LA SITUACION ECONÓMICA FINANCIERA EN LA EMPRESA TRANSPORTES CODIGEN S.A.C. TRUJILLO 2013” tiene como principal propósito determinar el grado de influencia del planeamiento financiero en la situación económica en la empresa. El planeamiento financiero es una herramienta importante, a partir de este, se elaboraron las diferentes proyecciones para el corto plazo. Es necesario proveer a la empresa de información útil y ordenada, que le sirva como indicador en la toma de decisiones para sus operaciones diarias. Principalmente, se buscó analizar y determinar los costos para la prestación del servicio, tanto en las unidades como los gastos en la oficina. Su finalidad fue de hallar el punto de equilibrio, donde se determinó la cantidad de viajes necesarios para que la empresa cubra sus costos operativos y controle la posibilidad de pérdidas en el período analizado. Con el análisis costo-volumen-utilidad y con el punto de equilibrio como base y con el historial de viajes ejecutados de la empresa en los primeros trimestres de los períodos anteriores, se elaboró las proyecciones de viajes para el primer trimestre del presente período. Se implantó mejoras para llegar a los viajes presupuestados y como producto de la aplicación del planeamiento financiero, generó para la empresa el conocimiento anticipado del total de utilidades aproximadas para un período específico, donde tendrá la capacidad de presupuestar los gastos futuros e investigar las estrategias necesarias para aumentar la utilidad. Resultado de la aplicación del planeamiento financiero se pudo determinar que este influye positivamente en la situación económica de la empresa porque se logró reducir el total de pérdidas netas en los primeros meses del año.

ABSTRACT The present work of research entitled “APPLICATION OF THE FINANCIAL PLANNING AND ITS INFLUENCE ON THE FINANCIAL-ECONOMIC SITUATION IN THE COMPANY TRANSPORTES CODIGEN S.A.C. TRUJILLO 2013. The main purpose is to determine the degree of influence of financial planning in the economic situation in the company. The financial planning is an important tool, from this; the different projections were prepared for the short term. It is necessary to provide useful and orderly information that serves as an indicator for decision-making. Mainly, sought to analyze and determine the cost of providing the service, in the expenses of the units and in the office. The purpose was to find the balance point, determined the amount of travel required for the company to cover its operating costs and control the possibility of losses in the period. With the cost-volume-profit and the balance point as base and executed travel history of the company in the first quarters of the previous periods, was developed travel projections for the first quarter of this period. Improvements were implemented to achieve the budgeted travel. The financial planning provides for the company the advance knowledge total approximate earnings for a specific period, the company will have the ability to budget future expenses and investigate strategies to increase the utility. The financial planning application it was determined that this positively influences the economic situation of the company because it is able to reduce the total net loss in the first months of the year.
