El turismo rural comunitario como nueva alternativa para la asociación de extractores artesanales de recursos hidrobiológicos Nueva Esperanza Los Manglares - Tumbes

Abstract

RESUMEN Esta investigación se centra en indagar al turismo rural comunitario como nueva alternativa para la Asociación de Extractores Artesanales de Recursos Hidrobiológicos (ASEXTRHI) Nueva Esperanza Los Manglares - Tumbes, además de proponer un Programa de fortalecimiento del Turismo Rural Comunitario turismo en la zona. Se trata de un estudio descriptivo, el cual mediante la aplicación de encuestas a los asociados y entrevista al Vice-Presidente de la asociación, constituida por 50 pobladores dedicados al turismo y recolección de conchas y cangrejos; permitió obtener información necesaria para la investigación. El Turismo rural comunitario es una actividad incipiente en el departamento de Tumbes, no siendo así en otros destinos del país, por lo cual esto puede ser el comienzo de una serie de oportunidades de desarrollo turístico de nuevos destinos costeros en el Perú. El turismo ya se practica en la Asociación de Extractores Artesanales de Recursos Hidrobiológicos (ASEXTRHI) Nueva Esperanza Los Manglares, lo cual brinda un resultado favorable a la investigación generando nuevas oportunidades de ingresos a los asociados; aun así, falta organizar, promocionar y difundirlo como destino turístico a nivel local y nacional. La asociación (ASEXTRHI) está dispuesta a colaborar con todos los proyectos que puedan traer beneficios para su población, es por ello que para esta propuesta los pobladores mostraron su respaldo. Se infirió que esta nueva forma de turismo rural comunitario en la asociación (ASEXTRHI), pretende contribuir y potenciar el uso sostenible de los recursos naturales e incentivar la participación activa de los pobladores en la preservación y conservación del entorno natural. Se recomienda que las instituciones competentes en materia turística: Servicio Nacional de Áreas Naturales Protegidas por el Estado (SERNANP), Dirección Regional de Comercio Exterior y Turismo (DIRCETUR) y la Municipalidad Distrital de Zarumilla, en coordinación con la población local, diseñen y ejecuten programas de apoyo e impulsar el fortalecimiento de las asociaciones del lugar. Finalmente, este trabajo pretende contribuir el desarrollo del Turismo Rural Comunitario en la Asociación (ASEXTRHI) Nueva Esperanza Los Manglares, y permitiendo diversificación de la oferta turística en Perú.

ABSTRACT This research is focused on investigating rural community tourism how to new improve of the Artisanal Extractors of aquatic resources Association (ASEXTRHI) Nueva Esperanza Los Manglares- Buffer Zone Puerto 25 of the National Sanctuary of Tumbes Mangroves, in addition to propose a Rural Community Tourism strengthening program to this type of tourism in the area. This is a descriptive study, through the application of surveys to villagers and interviews to the Vice-President of the association, consisting of 50 people dedicated to tourism and collecting shells and crabs; allowed to obtain information necessary for the investigation. Community rural tourism is an emerging industry in the department of Tumbes, which is not the case in other destinations the same country, so this may be the beginning of a series of opportunities for development of new coastal tourist destinations in Peru. Tourism is already practiced in Artisanal Extractors of aquatic resources Association (ASEXTRHI) Nueva Esperanza Los Manglares , which provides a favorable outcome to the investigation, generating new revenue opportunities to partners; even it is still needed to organize, promote and disseminate it as a tourist destination at local and national level. Artisanal Extractors of aquatic resources Association (ASEXTRHI) Nueva Esperanza Los Manglares is ready to cooperate with all projects that can bring benefits for the population, which is why this proposal for the people showed their support. It was inferred that this new form of rural tourism in the Association (ASEXTRHI), aims to contribute and promote the sustainable use of natural resources and encourage the active participation of villagers in the preservation and conservation of the natural environment. It is recommended that the competent institutions in tourism: National Service of Protected Natural Areas (SERNANP), Regional Directorate of Foreign Trade and Tourism (DIRCETUR) and the District Municipality of Zarumilla, in coordination with the local population, design and implement programs to support and promote the strengthening of local associations. Finally, this work aims to improve and contribute to the development of Rural Community Tourism in Artisanal Extractors of aquatic resources Association (ASEXTRHI) Nueva Esperanza Los Manglares, and allowing diversification of tourism in Peru.
