Propuesta de mejora en las áreas de producción y logística para incrementar la rentabilidad de la empresa Jorluc S.A.C.

Abstract

RESUMEN La presente tesis tiene el objetivo de evaluar la propuesta de mejora para las áreas de producción y logística con el fin de incrementar la rentabilidad en la empresa Jorluc S.A.C. La empresa Jorluc S.A.C. es del rubro metal mecánico y se dedica al montaje de buses interprovinciales. El diagnóstico señala que existe un manejo ineficiente de recursos en las áreas de producción y logística, lo cual afecta la rentabilidad de la empresa. Se propone mejorar las áreas de Producción y Logística a través de metodologías, herramientas y técnicas como: Estudio de Métodos de trabajo, Distribución de planta, Manufactura esbelta, Plan de incentivos y Capacitaciones en buenas prácticas para el área de Producción y Matriz de reorden; Kanban; Registros y boletas de entrada y salida; Kardex; Zonificación y codificación de almacén; Análisis, perfil de puesto, reclutamiento y selección de personal para el área de logística. Se demuestra que gracias a las metodologías aplicadas se pudo mejorar los indicadores, obteniendo un beneficio neto de S/. 35,047.53 nuevos soles representando una mejora total del 44.4% en cuanto a indicadores de la ganancia anual en el área de producción y de S/. 37,583.66 nuevos soles equivalente a un 7.59% de mejora total en cuanto a indicadores de reducción costos en el área de logística. Estos resultados se deben a un uso eficiente del tiempo, mano de obra y materiales. Se concluye que la propuesta de mejora para las áreas de Producción y Logística permite incrementar la rentabilidad de la empresa Jorluc S.A.C.

ABSTRACT This research work is based on increasing profitability Jorluc SAC from the implementation of a comprehensive system of Production and Logistics Management. The completion of the research was achieved through the use of methodologies, tools and own industrial engineering techniques, in the main areas of the company, which are: production and logistics. Implementation of methodologies that directly attack the main causes that generate problems of low return on the company proposed. This work is based on the diagnosis of the areas in which improvement is sought , identifying problems in labor and the lack of training and commitment of staff, the working method wrong ways to perform the activities identified in as for the environment find maldistribution of workstations and in stock and disordered materials without the care of these problems. After the initial state of the company identified methodologies that allowed the indicators change positively for the company through the reduction of costs generated by the above problems, and by increasing the benefits in every developed one area of the company is able to improve the profitability of the company. The results achieved are: In the production area could improve the indicators and make a profit of S/. 35,047.53 soles, representing an overall improvement of 44.4% in terms of indicators of the annual profit of the company. In the logistics area could improve the indicators and make a profit of S/.37,583.66 soles, representing a saving of 7.59% this will contribute directly to the increased profitability of the company.
