Estudio de prefactibilidad para la instalación de una planta para la elaboración de piqueos a base de pecanas en la ciudad de Trujillo

Abstract

La idea consiste en una empresa de producción y comercialización de pecanas de distintos sabores para ser consumido como piqueo, el cual brinde sabores y texturas agradables al paladar del cliente. Teniendo en cuenta que actualmente no existe una empresa que brinde el producto antes mencionado, esto representará una ventaja competitiva frente a los productos que se vienen ofreciendo en el mercado. El segmento al cual estará dirigido el producto son personas entre 25 a 70 años que pertenecen al sector socio económico A, B y C de los distritos de La Molina, Miraflores, San Borja y San Isidro del departamento Lima, los cuales representan 380, 693 clientes potenciales Como veremos en el desarrollo del proyecto el VAN económico es de S/.1, 346,637.00 nuevos soles lo que permite aceptar la viabilidad del proyecto. En referencia al Costo Promedio Ponderado del Capital 12.05 % y el TIR es 57.84% La inversión será financiada en un 70% por aportes de los accionistas, lo cual permitirá cubrir los gastos y costos para los dos primeros meses hábiles. El 30% restante se financiará mediante un préstamo en el Banco de Crédito del Perú y al Banco Scotiabank El periodo de recuperación de capital es de dos años y diez meses después de la puesta en marcha del proyecto. El equipo de trabajo responsables de la puesta en marcha del proyecto está conformado por la Srta. María Sofía, Doig Hoyle y la Srta. Michiko del Carmen, Oshiro Díaz bachilleres en Administración de Empresas, egresadas de la prestigiosa Universidad Privada del Norte, de la ciudad de Trujillo, departamento La Libertad.

The idea is all about an industry that produces and comercialices several kinds of pecan. They would be used as o’derves and should bring pleasant flavors and textures to the taste of the customer. Being aware that right now does not exist an industry that offers the mentioned product, this busines will have an advantage in the market competition. This product will address the group of people between 25 to 70 years old who belong to the social economical sector A, B and C of the different districts of La Molina, Miraflores, San Borja and San Isidro of the Departament of Lima. They represent 380,693 persons who correspond to the potencial market. As we will see during the development of the Project, the economical VAN is 1,346,637.00 new soles, which is what will lead us to accept the viability of the Project. In reference to the weighted average cost of the Capital amount of ,12.05% y el TIR is 57.84%. The investment will be70% financed by the amount apported by the shareholders. This percent will help to cover the expenses and costs of the first two months. The 30% left will be financed through the Credit Bank of Peru and Scotiabank Bank The period of recuperation of the capital is of two years and ten months from the implementation of the Project. The working team, responsable of the implementation ot this Project will be confirmed by Miss Maria Sofía doig Hoyle and the Miss Michiko del Carmen Oshiro Díaz, both graduates in Busines administration, from the prestigious Private University of the North, Trujillo city, Department La Libertad.
