Implementación de un sistema de gestión en seguridad y salud en el trabajo basado en la Ley 29783 en la empresa Mareseyu S.R.L.

Abstract

RESUMEN Toda empresa debe contar con un sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud ocupacional, que permita el control de la seguridad de sus procesos y la protección de la salud de sus trabajadores; logrando un mayor respaldo para la empresa y contribuyendo a un mejor desempeño y mayores beneficios. El presente tesis plantea una Propuesta de Implementación de un Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional bajo la Ley 29783 “Ley de seguridad y Salud en el trabajo” en una empresa de metalmecánica. Toda empresa debe contar con un sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud ocupacional, que permita el control de la seguridad de sus procesos y la protección de la salud de sus trabajadores; logrando un mayor respaldo para la empresa y contribuyendo a un mejor desempeño y mayores beneficios. El presente tesis plantea una Propuesta de Implementación de un Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional bajo la Ley 29783 “Ley de seguridad y Salud en el trabajo” en una empresa de metalmecánica. En los capítulos 1 y 2 se presentan la introducción del trabajo y el marco teórico describiendo el proceso de implementación de un sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud ocupacional y la terminología, criterios y operaciones que conlleva este proceso y que se emplearán a lo largo del estudio. En el capítulo 3 se presenta el desarrollo del sistema de gestión en relación a la empresa, definiendo su conformación y procesos principales para la planificación del proyecto de implementación. En el capítulo 4 se define los resultados de la implementación del sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo bajo la Ley 29783. Al llegar al capítulo 5 este nos presentará la discusión al planteamiento resaltando los beneficios de la implementación en relación a un sistema de gestión en seguridad y salud en el trabajo bajo los conceptos de la Ley 29783 y finalmente presentaremos las conclusiones y recomendaciones en referencia a esta tesis.

Chapters 1 and 2 present the introduction of the work and the theoretical framework describing the process of implementing an occupational health and safety management system and the terminology, criteria and operations that this process entails and which will be used throughout the study. Chapter 3 presents the development of the management system in relation to the company, defining its conformation and main processes for the planning of the implementation project. Chapter 4 defines the results of the implementation of the occupational safety and health management system under Law 29783. On reaching chapter 5, we will present the discussion to the approach highlighting the benefits of implementation in relation to a system Of management in occupational safety and health under the concepts of Law 29783 and finally we will present the conclusions and recommendations in reference to this thesis.
