Implementar la gestión en el diseño de un plan de mantenimiento preventivo, correctivo y predictivo en el sistema de transporte terrestre para el proyecto minero La Zanja

Abstract

RESUMEN El presente trabajo propone aplicar la gestión de mantenimiento preventivo, correctivo y predictivo en un sistema de transporte terrestre para el proyecto minero la Zanja que servirá para reducir las elevadas horas paralizadas e improductivas y con demasiadas cantidades de fallas en cada periodo. En el primer capítulo se explicarán la justificación, objetivo general y objetivos específicos en el cual se explicará la problemática sobre el cual se ejecutará la mejora del proyecto. En el segundo capítulo se explicarán los conceptos básicos que serán usados en el análisis de la situación de la problemática y sobre los cuales se construirá el modelo de gestión del mantenimiento. Inicialmente se detallarán los tipos de mantenimiento más conocidos llegando a algunas teorías como confiabilidad y disponibilidad. En el tercer capítulo se explicar el desarrollo del problema en donde se detalla la ubicación y localización donde se ejecutó la tesis, también se detalla y explica la organización de la empresa del área que ser evaluado para la mejora, adicionalmente se explicará la situación real en que se encontraba antes de aplicar la mejora y también depuse de aplicar la mejora. En el cuarto capítulo se explicará los resultados finales obtenidos con ayudados de las herramientas de gestión de mantenimiento y se mostrará los resultados finales de la disponibilidad para su comparación aplicando la mejora, con un beneficio en la reducción de horas paralizadas del 70 % y también la reducción de cantidad de fallas generas en cada periodo de operación del camión. En el quinto capítulo se realizará un análisis del nivel de mantenimiento y una buena disponibilidad del equipo. Finalmente, presentaremos las conclusiones y recomendaciones

ABSTRACT The present work proposes to apply preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance management in a land transport system for the Zanja mining project, which will serve to reduce the high paralyzed and unproductive hours and with too many failures in each period. The first chapter will explain the justification, general objective and specific objectives in which the problem will be explained on which to execute the improvement of the Project. The second chapter will explain the basic concepts that will be used in the analysis of the situation of the problem and on which the maintenance management model will be built. Initially, the most well-known types of maintenance will be described, leading to some theories such as reliability and availability.
