Implementación de un sistema de gestión en seguridad y salud ocupacional del Consorcio RM & HZ Cuadratura Hualgayoc, para disminuir el número de incidentes y evitar retrasos en los procesos

Abstract

RESUMEN La presente tesis brinda criterios y herramientas para la elaboración e implementación de un sistema de gestión en seguridad y salud ocupacional para disminuir el número de incidentes y evitar retrasos en los procesos, mostrando como ejemplo de aplicación el Plan de una obra de edificación real. La tesis toma como referencia al Sistema Internacional de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional OHSAS 18001, la “Norma Básica de Seguridad e Higiene en Obras de Edificación” R.S. 021 – 83, las normas técnicas peruanas de seguridad y salud en el sector de la construcción tales como la Norma Técnica G.050 “Seguridad durante la Construcción” y el “Reglamento de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo” D.S. 009 – 2005 TR y sus modificatorias, y todas estas normas se implementa en el CONSORCIO RM & HZ Cuadratura Hualgayoc.

Capítulo 1, involucra las generalidades de la investigación; como son la realidad problemática de la empresa, la formulación del problema, justificación del trabajo, limitaciones y objetivos de la investigación. Capítulo 2, se enfoca en el marco referencial, es decir; se habla sobre los antecedentes de esta investigación; bases teóricas, las cuales son el sustento del trabajo. Capítulo 3, hipótesis; aquí encontramos la hipótesis de la investigación y la operacionalización de las variables, las cuales evaluaran el proceso de implantación. Capítulo 4, materiales y métodos, describe el tipo de investigación que se realizó, el material de estudio y las técnicas de recolección de información. Capítulo 5, Propuesta de aplicación, en el cual describe la aplicación de la investigación en la empresa; este capítulo de divide en 3 sub capítulos, el primero habla sobre la empresa y se realiza un diagnóstico de la situación actual de la misma. El segundo, plantea el diseño de la propuesta de investigación. El tercero, contiene la implementación del diseño con los resultados hallados. Capítulo 6, Resultados y discusión; este capítulo se encarga del análisis de los indicadores y los beneficios que se obtienen a través de la mejora de los mismos. La implementación de este plan tiene por objetivo cumplir con los requisitos establecidos en las normas antes mencionadas y tener un mejor control de la seguridad aplicadas a los procesos constructivos del Proyecto CUADRATURA HUALGAYOC para la construcción de obras civiles en las comunidades de influencia minera, con el fin de lograr un impacto positivo en la productividad de las empresas del CONSORCIO RM & HZ y reducir sus índices de incidentes y riesgos laborales. Con la elaboración de un Sistema de Gestión en Seguridad y Salud ocupacional en el CONSORCIO RM & HZ Cuadratura Hualgayoc se ha logrado disminuir el número de incidentes. Se han podido adoptar medidas correctivas para mejorar los procesos productivos y evitar accidentes y penalidades por incumplimiento. Tras la implementación del Sistema de Gestión en Seguridad y Salud ocupacional en el CONSORCIO RM & HZ la Productividad y las Utilidades han Aumentado en cuanto el TIR es 19%, el COK es 8.366% y la TI es 1.51, es decir por cada Nuevo Sol invertido tenemos una ganancia de 0.51 centavos de Nuevo Sol.

ABSTRACT This thesis provides criteria and tools for the development and implementation of a management system in occupational safety and health in the area of construction to reduce the number of incidents and delays in the process, showing an example of implementing the Plan of work actual building. Chapter 3, hypothesis; here we find the hypothesis of the research and operationalization of variables, which evaluate the implementation process. Chapter 4, materials and methods, describes the type of research conducted, study material and information gathering techniques. Chapter 5, proposed application, which describes the application of research in the company; This chapter is divided into 3 sub chapters, the first talks about the company and a diagnosis of the current situation it is carried out. The second poses the design of the research proposal. The third, containing the design implementation with the results found. Chapter 6 Results and discussion; This chapter is responsible for the analysis of indicators and the benefits obtained through the improvement thereof. The implementation of this plan aims to meet the requirements of the above standards and have better control of security applied to the construction processes of SQUARE Hualgayoc project for the construction of civil works in the communities of mining influence with the in order to achieve a positive impact on business productivity CONSORTIUM RM & HZ and reduce their rates of incidents and occupational hazards. With the development of a Safety Management System and Occupational Health at CONSORTIUM RM & HZ it has managed to reduce the number of incidents. They have been able to take corrective measures to improve production processes and avoid accidents and penalties for noncompliance. After the implementation of the System Safety Management and Occupational Health at CONSORTIUM RM & HZ Productivity and Profits have increased as the IRR is 19%, the COK is 8.366% and TI is 1.51, ie for each Nuevo Sol we have invested a gain of 0.51 cents Nuevo Sol.
