Estudio de pre factibilidad para la implementación de una empresa importadora y comercializadora de rodamientos para las industrias de la región La Libertad

Abstract

El presente proyecto de tesis “Estudio de Pre Factibilidad para la implementación de una empresa importadora y comercializadora de rodamientos para las industrias de la Región La Libertad”, tiene como principal objetivo demostrar la factibilidad y rentabilidad del mismo.

En los últimos años se ha incrementado la actividad industrial en la región La Libertad lo cual conlleva a un mayor uso de maquinaria produciendo así un mayor desgaste en los mismos. Este efecto multiplicador genera demanda de rodamientos industriales que permitan continuar con las operaciones de planta. Para elaborar el estudio de mercado respectivo se han utilizado distintas fuentes de información como son datos estadísticos, visitas a empresas industriales y proveedores de rodamientos en la Región La Libertad.

La empresa “REPRESENTACIONES TRUJILLO BEARING S.A.C.” estará ubicada en departamento de Libertad, provincia de Trujillo. La propuesta es importar y comercializar rodamientos de las marcas líderes en la fabricación de rodamientos como lo son las marcas Timken y FAG, cumpliendo con los niveles de calidad internacional y requerida por el mercado industrial. Las líneas de producto que importa y comercializa REPRESENTACIONES TRUJILLO BEARING S.A.C. serán tres: la línea de rodamientos oscilantes de rodillos, la línea de rodamientos integrados assembly y finalmente la línea de rodamientos partidos; cada línea es un elemento de precisión destinada a aplicaciones específicas y críticas dentro de cada industria.

Se estima una inversión de S/.1,101,739.38, los cuales estarán financiados con un capital propio de S/.661,043.63 que corresponde al 60% y con financiamiento externo de S/.440,695.75, el 40% de la inversión total, con un retorno de la inversión calculada aproximadamente en 2 años 3 meses.

La evaluación económica financiera determinó la rentabilidad del proyecto, cuyo Valor Actual Neto Económico asciende a S/.2,076,924.83 y Financiero de S/.2,025,384.06, la Tasa Interna de Retorno Económica y Financiera asciende a 42.76% y 48.02% respectivamente.

This thesis project “Pre-feasibility Study of implementing an importer and distributor of bearings for the industries of the region La Libertad", has as main objective to demonstrate the feasibility and profitability of itself.

In recent years the industrial activity in the region has increased, which leads to a greater use of machinery causing a greater weathering on it and demanding industrial bearings that allow continued plant operations. To prepare the respective market study different sources of information have been used such as statistical data, visits to industrial companies and bearing suppliers in the region La Libertad.

The company “REPRESENTACIONES TRUJILLO BEARING S.A.C " will be located in the department of Libertad, province of Trujillo. The proposal is to import and sell bearings of the leading brands in the manufacture of bearings such as Timken and FAG brands, meeting the international quality standards required by the industrial marketplace. The product lines imported and commercialized by REPRESENTACIONES TRUJILLO BEARING S.A.C will be three: the line of spherical roller, the line of integrated assembly bearings and finally the line of split bearings, each line is an element of precision aimed at specific and critical applications in industries.

An investment of S/.1, 101,739.38 is estimated, which will be financed with an equity capital of S/.661, 043.63 which corresponds to 60%, and with external financing of S/.440, 695.75, 40% of the total investment, with an estimated return of the investment of approximately 2 years 3 months.
