Mejora del sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo mediante la implementación de herramientas de control en la tienda de Sodimac Villa el Salvador

Abstract

RESUMEN Toda empresa debe de contar con un sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo según la Ley N° 29783, esto con el objetivo de poder mantener el control de los procesos y que estos se desarrollen en ambientes de trabajo seguros, logrando la seguridad de los trabajadores, elevando los niveles de bienestar, desempeño laboral y mejores beneficios para la empresa. En el presente trabajo se buscará mostrar como el sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo fue teniendo una mejora paulatina mediante la implementación de herramientas de control en la Tienda de SODIMAC VILLA EL SALVADOR, herramientas que mencionamos a continuación: Reporte preventivo del centro de control televisado, Check list de equipos de protección personal, Check list de procedimientos de riesgos, check list de escaleras tipo avión, check list de dimensionado y el check list del tecle eléctrico. Información que es subida a una base de datos llamado INTRANET DE PREVENCIÓN 2017 (P-17), herramienta que nos ayuda a llevar un control de las inspecciones (realización de los check list mencionados) que tenemos en tienda y a medir el porcentaje del seguimiento y control de estas herramientas. Por otro lado, en este INTRANET DE PREVENCION 2017 también se ingresa información de accidentes de asesores, clientes y terceros, habiendo en ella datos estadísticos que nos permite realizar un seguimiento de la variación a nivel mensual y anual. Este programa que se implementó desde el año 2016 nos ayuda a realizar el seguimiento de las medidas correctivas de los accidentes de trabajo, a la vez de comparar los porcentajes de accidentabilidad y siniestrabilidad que tenemos el presente año en comparación con el año 2016, además de generar estadísticas que nos ayudan a identificar las principales causas de los accidentes de trabajo, cuáles son las áreas donde hubo mayor incidencia de estos accidentes, las partes del cuerpo que tuvieron mayor lesiones, los días de descansos médicos originados, todos estos indicadores nos ayudan a poder entender donde tenemos que ser más rigurosos en lo referido a las herramientas de control y analizar si el seguimiento de estas herramientas ayudan en la reducción de eventos que conlleven a accidentes de asesores similares o iguales.

On the other hand, in this INTRANET OF PREVENTION 2017 also information of accidents of advisers, clients and third parties is entered, having in it statistical data that allows us to keep track of the variation at monthly and annual level. This program, implemented since 2016, helps us to follow-up on corrective measures for occupational accidents, while comparing the percentages of accidents and accidents we have this year compared to 2016, in addition to Generate statistics that help us to identify the main causes of work accidents, which are the areas where there were the highest incidence of these accidents, the parts of the body that had the greatest injuries, the days of medical breaks originated, all these indicators help us To be able to understand where we have to be more rigorous regarding the control tools and to analyze if the monitoring of these tools help in the reduction of events that lead to accidents of similar or equal advisers.
