Propuesta de mejora en los procesos de producción de pastas de ajíes en la empresa Maquila Agro Industrial Import & Export S.A.C. para incrementar la productividad

Abstract

RESUMEN En la empresa Maquila Agro Industrial Import & Export S.A.C. Se realizó un estudio para determinar los problemas en los procesos de producción en los productos (pasta de ají amarillo, pasta de ají panca, pasta de rocoto y pasta de ajo). Por lo que; al proponer la mejora en los procesos de producción de pastas de ajíes en dicha empresa, se incrementará la productividad. Se desarrolló diagramas de operaciones para cada uno de los proceso de producción, con el fin de mejorar la productividad, Se generó diagrama de procesos por cada producto e instructivos de trabajo, se realizó estandarización de tiempos para cada línea de proceso productivo, se determinó el tiempo estándar de cada operación, tomando una tolerancia por suplemento por iluminación , suplemente por calor y humedad, suplemento por mucha atención, suplemento por tedio, suplemento por estar de pie, Suplemento por postura, suplemento por uso de fuerza para levantar, empujar y jalar. También se aplicó el método Owas, que orientará a la empresa para plantear acciones correctivas sobre determinadas posturas (espalda, brazos, piernas, y las cargas soportadas). Se aplicó la técnica de las 5´s con el fin de concientizar a los trabajadores con sus puestos de trabajo y se sientan comprometidos con los mismos, de manera que se obtenga un ambiente laboral seguro y agradable. Se realizaron capacitaciones en cuanto a seguridad en el puesto de trabajo, manejo de extintores y EPP´s. Aplicando cada una de las herramientas mencionadas anteriormente se lograra incrementar la productividad en los procesos de producción de cada línea procesada. A su vez se recomendó utilizar los EPPS en la planta de producción y a la vez guardarlos en un lugar específico y ordenado; así mismo se debe realizar capacitaciones en seguridad y salud en el trabajo para los operarios por lo menos dos vez al año y finalmente, se recomendó implementar las propuestas de la presente tesis, para obtener resultados a corto plazo con una mínima inversión y con grandes ventajas y mejores proyecciones en ventas.

The Owas method was also applied, which will guide the company to propose corrective actions on certain postures (back, arms, legs, and supported loads). The technique of the 5's was applied in order to make workers aware of their jobs and feel committed to them, in order to obtain a safe and pleasant work environment. Trainings were carried out in terms of job security, handling of fire extinguishers and EPP's. Applying each of the tools mentioned above will be able to increase productivity in the production processes of each line processed. At the same time it was recommended to use the EPPS in the production plant and at the same time to store them in a specific and ordered place; It is also necessary to carry out training in safety and health in the work for the workers at least twice a year and finally, it was recommended to implement the proposals of the present thesis, to obtain results in the short term with a minimum investment and with great advantages And better projections in sales.
