Incidencia de la geometría en la seguridad vial de la Avenida Héroes del Cenepa, Cajamarca

Abstract

RESUMEN En la presente investigación se determina la “Incidencia de la geometría en la seguridad vial de la avenida Héroes del Cenepa, Cajamarca”, tomando en consideración aspectos vinculados a la seguridad nominal y seguridad sustantiva. La metodología empleada inicialmente fue determinar las características geométricas de la avenida en estudio, procediendo luego a verificar su cumplimiento según lo dispuesto en la norma DG - 2014; del análisis realizado se determinó que el 100% del ancho de calzada y las bermas no cumplen con la norma, el bombeo cumple en 22.96% y no cumple en 77.04%, finalmente la pendiente longitudinal cumple en 57.14% y no cumple en 42.86%. Por otro lado, la metodología empleada para el desarrollo de la seguridad sustantiva fue buscar información de siniestralidad en registros proporcionados por el serenazgo de Cajamarca; se reportó 32 accidentes de tránsito durante los años 2011 – 2017, con estos datos se realizó un análisis de las causas que provocaron estos siniestros, y se determinó que: el ancho de calzada, la pendiente, el exceso de velocidad, la imprudencia (factor humano), la falta de señales de tránsito y el pavimento en mal estado son las causas que provocaron estos siniestros; finalmente se contrastaron los resultados para alcanzar el objetivo principal de la investigación; llegando a la conclusión, de que la geometría de la avenida Héroes del Cenepa incide en 78.00% en la seguridad vial y el 22.00% restante a otros factores; llegando a demostrar la hipótesis de esta investigación.

ABSTRACT In the present investigation, the "Incidence of geometry in the road safety of Héroes del Cenepa avenue, Cajamarca" is determined, taking into account aspects related to nominal safety and substantive safety. The methodology used initially was to determine the geometrical characteristics of the avenue under study, proceeding then to verify its compliance according to the provisions of the DG - 2014 standard; from the analysis carried out, it was determined that 100% of the width of the roadway and berms do not comply with the norm, the pump meets 22.96% and does not comply with 77.04%, finally the longitudinal slope meets 57.14% and does not meet 42.86%. On the other hand, the methodology used for the development of substantive security was to look for accident information in the records provided by the Cajamarca serenazgo; 32 traffic accidents were reported during the years 2011 - 2017, with these data an analysis was made of the causes that caused these incidents, and it was determined that: the width of the road, the slope, the speeding, the imprudence (factor human), the lack of traffic signals and the pavement in poor condition are the causes that caused these incidents; finally the results were contrasted to reach the main objective of the investigation; arriving at the conclusion that the geometry of Héroes del Cenepa avenue affects 78.00% in road safety and the remaining 22.00% to other factors; arriving to demonstrate the hypothesis of this investigation.
