dc.description.abstractRESUMEN El estudio busco relacionar el clima laboral con el síndrome de burnout en trabajadores de un hospital de la gerencia regional de salud del Distrito de Víctor Larco. La muestra estuvo compuesta por 106 personas de ambos sexos que laboraban en un hospital del Distrito Víctor Larco. Para la medición de las variables los instrumentos utilizados fueron: la Escala de Clima Laboral – CL-SPC de Palma (2004) y el cuestionario Maslach Burnout Inventory – MBI-GS de Maslach, Jackson y Leiter. A nivel descriptivo los resultados señalan que en clima laboral la predominancia de las puntuaciones se ubica en los niveles medio y desfavorable con un 54.76% y 14.29%, en tanto, en cuanto a las dimensiones la predominancia de las puntuaciones se ubica de medio a favorable, para autorrealización 44.05% y 22.62%, para involucramiento laboral 46.43% y 26.19%, para supervisión 36.90% y 39.29%, para comunicación 42.86% y 35.71% y condiciones laborales 44.05% y 26.19%; además, los niveles predominantes en las dimensiones del síndrome de burnout es medio a bajo, para desgaste emocional 38.10% y 45.24%, para cinismo 44.05% y 36.90% y para realización personal 29.76% y 53.57%. De otro lado las evidencias correlaciónales señalan que existe relación negativa entre la dimensión autorrealización con cinismo; relación positiva entre involucramiento laboral y realización personal; y, relación negativa entre supervisión con cinismo y relación positiva con realización personal, todas las relaciones mencionadas presentan significancia estadística. En lo concerniente a clima laboral con las dimensiones del síndrome de burnout no se hallaron relaciones significativas. dc.description.abstractABSTRACT The study sought to relate the work climate with burnout syndrome in workers at a regional health management hospital in the Víctor Larco district. The sample consisted of 106 people of both sexes who worked in a hospital in the Víctor Larco District. The instruments used were the Labor Climate Scale - CL-SPC de Palma (2004) and the Maslach Burnout Inventory - MBI-GS questionnaire from Maslach, Jackson and Leiter. At the descriptive level the results indicate that in the working environment the predominance of the scores is located in the medium and unfavorable levels with 54.76% and 14.29%, while, in terms of dimensions, the predominance of the scores is located from medium to favorable , For self-actualization 44.05% and 22.62%, for labor involvement 46.43% and 26.19%, for supervision 36.90% and 39.29%, for communication 42.86% and 35.71% and working conditions 44.05% and 26.19%; In addition, the predominant levels in the dimensions of the burnout syndrome are medium to low, for emotional exhaustion 38.10% and 45.24%, for cynicism 44.05% and 36.90% and for personal fulfillment 29.76% and 53.57%. On the other hand, correlation evidences that there is a negative relation between the dimension of self-realization and cynicism; Positive relationship between labor involvement and personal fulfillment; And, negative relation between supervision with cynicism and positive relation with personal fulfillment, all the mentioned relations present statistical significance.
