Mejora en los procesos de mantenimiento para reducir costos operativos en la empresa GSP Trujillo S.A.C

Abstract

RESUMEN El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo general reducir los costos operativos del Área de Mantenimiento en la Empresa GSP TRUJILLO S.A.C., mediante el uso de herramientas como es la Gestión de Procesos, el cual permite mejorar el control, orden y limpieza de los equipos que se encuentran a cargo del área de mantenimiento y mediante la Gestión de Recursos Humanos se establecerán las competencias, capacitaciones y perfiles deseados para el puesto de mantenimiento. En la implementación se analizó de manera detallada las labores propias del área en estudio, para el diagnóstico se aplicaron técnicas de ingeniería identificando las principales causas para luego realizar las mejores propuestas y las evaluaciones correspondiente. Los resultados que se lograron fueron: reducir las pérdidas por falta de control en los equipos y actividades del personal de 73,916.79 soles a 0.00 soles, asimismo se reduce las pérdidas por falta de capacitación y conocimiento al personal de 15,570.89 soles a 323.54 soles, de igual manera se reduce las pérdidas por la falta de limpieza de los equipo y área de 6,592.53 soles a 262.80 soles por año.

ABSTRACT The following research paper means as a major target to decrease the operational costs of the Maintenance Area of the Company GSP TRUJILLO S.A.C., with the use of tools such as the Management of Processes, the same that allows a better control, order and cleanliness of the equipment that under charge of the maintenance area and through the Management of Human Resources that will establish desired competencies, training and profiles for the position of maintenance. During the implementation, we analyzed in detail the corresponding duties of the area subject of study, for the diagnostic, it was applied engineering techniques identifying the main causes to then perform the best and corresponding proposals and assessments. The results obtained were: reduction of losses due to lack of control in the equipments and activities of personnel from 73,916.79 soles to 0.00 soles; likewise, the reduction of losses due to the poor training and knowledge of personnel from 15,570.89 soles to 323.54 soles, also, we reduced losses due to the lack of cleanliness of the equipment and area from 6,592.53 soles to 262.80 soles per year. After performing the economic assessment of the implementation, it was determined that the proposal is doable with a VAN of S/.81,255.78, TIR of 98.13% and a relationship Cost-Benefit of 1.31.
