Gestión de los costos de servicio de alquiler y su incidencia en la utilidad operativa de la empresa Servicios Generales El Progreso del Tingo E.I.R.L, en la ciudad de Cajamarca – 2016

Abstract

RESUMEN Hoy en día, las entidades se encuentran inmersas en un mercado globalizado en el que se hace necesario abrir mecanismos de adaptación y buscar nuevas oportunidades que les permita desenvolverse y crecer en el ámbito empresarial.

El presente trabajo de investigación, titulado: Gestión de los Costos de Servicio y su incidencia en la Utilidad Operativa de la empresa “Servicios Generales El Progreso del Tingo E.I.R.L.”, del departamento de Cajamarca, ha sido preparado con una doble finalidad: la primera es la de contribuir a que la empresa “Servicios Generales El Progreso del Tingo E.I.R.L.” cuente con una buena Gestión del Servicio, que permita fijar en forma eficiente, eficaz y oportuna los costos y el costo del servicio; la segunda, es la de poner en consideración a los estudiantes de la carrera de contabilidad y público en general, el estudio y la aplicación el presente sistema en actividades similares.

La mejora del servicio de alquiler de maquinaria y su posición competitiva dentro del mercado, puede ayudar en la reducción de los costos. Sin embargo, habrá que tener en cuenta la necesidad de introducir mejores prácticas originales para impulsar al mercado peruano.

Éste trabajo de investigación contribuye a dar mayor información a las personas responsables de tomar decisiones en calcular los costos del servicio y su incidencia en la utilidad operativa, desde la entrega del equipo; incentiva la búsqueda de nuevas estrategias de disminución de costos en el servicio de alquiler. Estas contribuciones permitirán a la Gerencia de Servicios Generales El Progreso del Tingo E.I.R.L. realizar eficaz y eficientemente la administración de los recursos en forma económica.

ABSTRACT

Today organizations are immersed in a globalized market that it is necessary to open adaptation mechanisms and look for new opportunities which allows you to develop and grow in the business field.

This research work, entitled: Management of service costs and its impact on the operational utility of the company "Servicios Generales El Progreso del Tingo E.I.R.L.", of the Department of Cajamarca, has been prepared with a twofold purpose: the first is the To contribute to the company "Servicios Generales El Progreso del Tingo E.I.R.L." has good management of the service, that allows to fix in an efficient, efficient and timely manner the costs and the cost of the service; the second is to put in consideration the students of the accounting and general public career, the study and the application of the present system in similar activities.

The improvement of the service of renting of machinery and its competitive position within the market can assist in the reduction of costs. However, we must take into account the need of introducing original best practices to drive in to the Peruvian market.

This research work contributes to giving more information to the people responsible for making decisions in calculating the costs of the service and its impact on the operational utility, from the delivery of the equipment; It encourages the search for new cost reduction strategies in the rental service. These contributions will enable the General Service management El Progreso del Tingo E.I.R.L. to efficiently and efficiently manage resources in an economic way.
