Síndrome de Burnout y Patrón de Conducta Tipo A en docentes de nivel primario de colegios estatales del distrito de La Esperanza

Abstract

RESUMEN:

La presente investigación buscó establecer la relación entre el Síndrome de Burnout y el Patrón de conducta tipo A en el distrito de La Esperanza, por medio de un estudio no experimental considerando un diseño correlacional-transversal en una población conformada por 423 docentes de siete escuelas estatales del nivel primario del distrito de La Esperanza, de la cual, se extrajo una muestra representativa de 202 mediante el muestreo aleatorio simple estratificado. Los instrumentos que se emplearon fueron: Inventario de Burnout de Maslach y el Inventario de Autoreporte de Conducta tipo A de Blumenthal. A su vez, para el procesamiento de datos, se utilizó el paquete estadístico SPSS 21 y con el fin de determinar la relación entre las variables fue empleada la prueba de correlación de Spearman. Se obtuvo como resultados que el 41.1% de docentes presenta bajo grado de Despersonalización, 37,1% nivel medio de agotamiento y 35,1, nivel medio de Realización Personal. El 45,5 % de docentes presenta un nivel medio de patrón de conducta tipo A. Se concluyó que no existe relación entre el Síndrome de Burnout y el Patrón de conducta tipo A. Sin embargo, sí existe correlación directa y estadísticamente significativa entre la dimensión de Despersonalización del Síndrome de Burnout y el Patrón de conducta tipo A. This investigation was a Not Experimental study and the Correlational - Transversal desing was used. The objective was to find the relationship between Burnout Syndrome and the Pattern of Conduct A, in a population contained by 423 elementary teachers at seven state schools in the district of La Esperanza, of which, a representative sample of 202 , that was obtained by the stratified sample formula . Moreover, The Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) and The Type A Self-Rating Inventory, by Blumenthal were used. Also, The SPSS 21 Statistics software was implemented for the data processing, then, the spearman's rank correlation coefficient was implemented. The results were: The 37,1% had average level of exhaustion, 35,1 average level of personal fulfillment. The 45.5% of the teachers had average level at pattern of conduct A. The conclusion was that there is not relationship between Burnout Syndrome and the Pattern of Conduct A. However, there is a statistically direct relationship between the dimension of despersonalization of burnout syndrome and the Pattern of Conduct A. . KEYWORDS: Burnout syndrome, Pattern of Conduct A
