Propuesta de un centro técnico de habilidades manuales basado, en los principios de arquitectura orgánica y desarrollo psicosocial según Erickson

Abstract

RESUMEN La presente investigación corresponde a la aplicación de los principios de arquitectura orgánica en una edificación de carácter educativo, enfocado en la formación laboral y ayuda social, vinculando al objeto arquitectónico con el lugar. De igual manera aplicar la teoría de Erickson en el centro con el fin de determinar las actividades a realizar el en mismo. Se propone una solución arquitectónica la cual pretende respetar el contexto en donde el objeto será emplazado, arraigándolo al lugar y haciéndolo parte de él; considerando además la psicología del ser humano para el desempeño de actividades referentes a su desarrollo personal. El autor desarrolla el documento en siete capítulos. En el primer capítulo se desarrolla el planteamiento de la problemática que contiene la investigación, la justificación exponiendo la necesidad de realizar el presente estudio, las limitaciones que podrían obstaculizar su desarrollo y cuáles son los objetivos que se busca alcanzar con esta investigación. El segundo capítulo contiene una serie de investigaciones realizadas anteriormente por autores expertos en el tema; tomándolos en cuenta como referentes importantes para el desarrollo de la investigación; seguidamente se desarrollan las bases teóricas que sustentan el presente informe, y luego la definición de los términos utilizados en este documento para lograr un óptimo entendimiento de la investigación. El tercer capítulo es conformado por la formulación de la hipótesis donde se definen de forma general las variables que serán objeto de la investigación. A partir del cuarto capítulo se desarrolla la aplicación de la investigación en el objeto arquitectónico, en donde se considera la unidad de estudio que analiza el lugar y sus características principales, y luego, se lleva a cabo el análisis de casos, donde se estudian edificios con carácter educativo y de ayuda social con el fin de otorgan lineamientos y estrategias de diseño, que al ser traducidas a un lenguaje arquitectónico pueden ser aplicadas en el proyecto desarrollado.

ABSTRACT This research corresponds to the application of organic architecture principles in an educational building focused on job training and social support, relating the architectural object with the place where it will be placed. Similarly apply the theory of Erickson in order to establish the activities to perform in it. It is intends an architectural solution which aims to respect the context where the object will be located , ingraining it to the place and making the object part of it; also considering the human being psychology to carry out activities related to their personal development. This document is developed in seven chapters. In the first chapter the approach of framing the research develops, justification exposing the need for this study, limitations that could hinder their development and what the objectives which are being pursued with this research are. The second chapter contains a compilation of research previously carried out by expert authors on the subject; taking them into account as important references for the related research; then the theoretical basis underpinning this report, and then the definition of terms used in this document for optimal understanding of research are developed. The third chapter comprised of the formulation of the hypothesis where variables under investigation are generally defined. From the fourth chapter it develops the application of research in architectural object, where the units of study that analyzes the place and its main characteristics are considered, and then it carried out the analysis of cases, where educational and social support buildings are studied in order to provide guidelines and design strategies, which are translated into an architectural language to be applied in the project.
