Propuesta de implementación del ciclo deming para la educación de costos en el negocio de empaque de la empresa Sun Chemical Perú S.A. para el año 2018

Abstract

RESUMEN El estudio de la tesis titulada: “PROPUESTA DE IMPLEMENTACIÓN DEL CICLO DEMING PARA LA REDUCCIÓN DE COSTOS EN EL NEGOCIO DE EMPAQUE DE LA EMPRESA SUN CHEMICAL PERÚ S.A. PARA EL AÑO 2018”, es un análisis descriptivo aplicado, el cual tuene como objetivo “Reducir los costos de inventario en Lento Movimiento en el negocio de Empaque de la empresa Sun Chemical Perú S.A., a través de la propuesta de Implementación del ciclo Deming para el año 2018”, por lo cual a través del presente documento elaboro un análisis exhaustivo de la situación operativa de la empresa Sun Chemical Perú, en el que me centraré en el negocio del Empaque y Corrugado, la cual representa uno de los negocios más importantes de la compañía, a través del análisis logre identificar las principales oportunidades, amenazas, fortalezas, y debilidades de este negocio, asimismo a partir de la elaboración de diferentes matrices, pude establecer las estrategias principales para cumplir con los objetivos a largo plazo y sus correspondientes objetivos a corto plazo, con la finalidad de poder alcanzar la visión trazada. En nuestro capitulo primero desarrollaremos la introducción de la tesis titulada: “PROPUESTA DE IMPLEMENTACIÓN DEL CICLO DEMING PARA LA REDUCCIÓN DE COSTOS EN EL NEGOCIO DE EMPAQUE DE LA EMPRESA SUN CHEMICAL PERÚ S.A. PARA EL AÑO 2018”, siendo en este capítulo en donde analizaremos aspectos como el perfil de Sun Chemical en el Perú y en el mundo, lo que nos conllevará a la formulación de nuestra problemática, definiendo nuestra problemática general y nuestro problema específico,, seguidamente estableceremos la justificación del nuestro estudio definiendo el aspecto teórico, practico, cuantitativo y académico de nuestra justificación, finalizando con los objetivos determinados para nuestro estudio. Asimismo, en nuestro segundo capítulo desarrollaremos los aspectos teóricos básicos de nuestra investigación, definiendo el estado del arte, así como definiendo el ciclo Deming, la gestión administrativa, así como también la definición de términos básicos, desarrollando el correspondiente diagrama de flujo, así como los aspectos fundamentales de los empaques, las tendencias del mercado, finalizando con los antecedentes tanto nacionales como extranjeros. En nuestro tercer capítulo desarrollaremos los procedimientos, los diagnósticos, las fases a planear, así como hacer, verificar y la actuación del proceso sugerido para la empresa Sun Chemical en el Perú, desarrollando los análisis de los datos, así como el ciclo Deming y la estandarización de dichos procesos sobre los objetivos alcanzados. Para finalizar desarrollares las conclusiones y resultados del estudio, desarrollando nuestro estudio estadístico en la primera parte de este capítulo, finalizando con las conclusiones a las que arribamos a través de nuestra investigación, no deseados, los mismos que se buscan reducir a través de la implementación del ciclo Deming.

ABSTRACT The study of the thesis entitled: "DEMING CYCLE IMPLEMENTATION PROPOSAL FOR THE REDUCTION OF COSTS IN THE PACKAGING BUSINESS OF THE SUN CHEMICAL PERÚ S.A. FOR THE YEAR 2018, "is an applied descriptive analysis, which aims to" Reduce inventory costs in Slow Motion in the packaging business of the company Sun Chemical Peru SA, through the proposal of Implementation of the Deming cycle for the year 2018 ", so that through this document I have prepared a comprehensive analysis of the operational situation of the company Sun Chemical Peru, in which I will focus on the Packaging and Corrugated business, which represents one of the most important businesses of the company, through the analysis to identify the main opportunities, threats, strengths, and weaknesses of this business, also from the development of different matrices, I was able to establish the main strategies to meet the long-term objectives and their corresponding short-term objectives, in order to achieve the vision outlined. In our first chapter we will develop the introduction of the thesis titled: "DEMING CYCLE IMPLEMENTATION PROPOSAL FOR THE REDUCTION OF COSTS IN THE PACKAGING BUSINESS OF THE SUN CHEMICAL PERÚ S.A. FOR THE YEAR 2018 ", being in this chapter where we will analyze aspects such as the profile of Sun Chemical in Peru and in the world, which will lead us to the formulation of our problem, defining our general problem and our specific problem, then we will establish the justification of our study by defining the theoretical, practical, quantitative and academic aspect of our justification, ending with the objectives determined for our study. Also in our second chapter we will develop the basic theoretical aspects of our research, defining the state of the art, as well as defining the Deming cycle, administrative management, as well as the definition of basic terms, developing the corresponding flow diagram, as well as the fundamental aspects of packaging, market trends, ending with both national and foreign background. In our third chapter we will develop the procedures, the diagnostics, the phases to plan, as well as do, verify and the performance of the suggested process for the company Sun Chemical in Peru, developing the data analysis, as well as the Deming cycle and standardization of these processes on the objectives achieved. To finish, we develop the conclusions and results of the study, developing our statistical study in the first part of this chapter, concluding with the conclusions that we arrived at through our research. not desired, the same ones that are sought to reduce through the implementation of the Deming cycle.
