Aplicación de acondicionamiento higrotérmico para la preservación de bienes culturales en la remodelación y ampliación del museo de sitio Chan-Chan

Abstract

RESUMEN

Los Museos son lugares que deben cumplir con diferentes criterios para lograr preservar los bienes culturales que allí se exhiben. Actualmente, el “Museo de Sitio Chan Chan” está teniendo carencias en cuanto a preservación de bienes culturales, se puede observar en el descuido de su infraestructura y los contenedores sin cierre hermético, desencadenando que la temperatura y la humedad actúen perjudicando los bienes culturales. Además, se encuentran problemas de función debido a que no hay un recorrido museográfico fluido, las zonas no están bien definidas y existe cruce de circulaciones. La propuesta de remodelación y ampliación del Museo contempla la aplicación de acondicionamiento higrotérmico para la preservación de bienes culturales, planteando espacios que utilicen soluciones de control pasivo como materiales constructivos y de control activo como sistemas mecánicos, que ayuden a mejorar las condiciones de temperatura y humedad a las que son expuesto los bienes culturales. Sumado a esto, para el planteamiento de la propuesta se ha usado los diferentes lineamientos de diseño, análisis de casos, reglamentación y se ha respetado el principio ordenador mediante patios que actualmente posee el Museo. Por lo tanto, se ha mejorado las condiciones de los espacios interiores, la función y también se ha logrado un solo lenguaje en la arquitectura, a su vez armonizando con el entorno.

ABSTRACT Museums are places that must fulfill different standards to achieve preservation of the cultural goods exhibited there. Currently, "Museo de Sitio Chan Chan" is lacking in the preservation of cultural goods, this can be observed in the neglect of its infrastructure and containers without hermetic closure, triggering that temperature and humidity act to damage cultural goods. In addition, there are problems of function because there is no museographic route, the areas are not well defined and there is a crossing of circulations. The proposed remodeling and enlargement of the Museum contemplates the application of hygrothermal conditioning for the preservation of cultural goods, proposing spaces that use passive control solutions as construction materials and active control as mechanical systems, which help to improve the temperature conditions and humidity to which cultural goods are exposed. In addition, the different guidelines of design, case analysis, regulation and respect for the principle to order through patios that currently owned the Museum have been used for the proposal approach. Therefore, there is an improvement in the conditions of the interior spaces, the function and also has been achieved a single language in the architecture, at the same time harmonizing with the environment.
